Record number: 1237 Title: JAG Medium: TV Series Actress: Susan Haskell Description: Episode: "Wilderness of Mirrors." (4.21) Rabb thinks he is seeing the ghost of his dead father, but it turns out it is his archenemy who has been stalking him. The baddie grabs his own shrink, who just happens to be Harm's girlfriend, in her home, chloroforming her. This occurs around the 50' mark. She is later shown bound, wrists behind, ankles tied, to a chair, blindfolded with black cloth, and gagged with packing held in by white cloth. He then places a mylar sheet in front of her to act as a mirror, and sits off to the side, trying to get Harm to shoot her instead of him. Harm walks in and sees his antagonist's reflection in the mirror, and draws his pistol. The guy torments Harm for awhile, flashing a flashbulb in his eyes every so often. Meanwhile, Ms. Haskell's character uses her bound feet to move the mylar paper just as Harm gets ready to pull the trigger, causing him to aim to the side, thereby shooting the bad guy instead. Harm then frees her, and they embrace. |

| Haven't seen this myself. I'm just posting this alert based upon an old description in Movies/Video Alerts. It's not playing on the national Telemundo station, but might be on your local affiliate.
A new Mexican action film which contains a couple of nice DiD scenes is Nosotros Los Chemos. First there's a tormented Latina who has her hands tied up to a grate behind her head, and then has her mouth taped, followed by her nose. It doesn't kill her, though, so don't worry. After this, the main character (a business lady type) is captured and tied up in a drainage pipe. She's OTM gagged with lots of packing, and tied in an interesting way that I'm sure there's a name (and abbreviation) for somewhere on Brian's Page: hands together in front of her, connected to her bound ankles. Sort of a reverse hogtie. And as I said, she's gagged. So watch for it, if you have access to these kinds of movies. Johnny R. |

The scene lasts about a minute, and comes in around the 45' mark. @10:30pm YTV Record number: 6445 Title: Big Wolf on Campus Medium: TV Series Actress: Aimee Castle Description: Episode: "Save the Last Trance" (3.7) Ms. Castle is bound to a large tree with her outstretched arms tied separately. She is also cleavegagged with thick black cloth. Nice close-ups early and good mmmphing. Begins around 18' in. @11:30pm CBLFT (Possible?) Crimes et tourments Believe this the french title for this one? May want to keep an eye on it, JIC Record number: 5471 Title: Touching Evil Medium: TV Series Actress: Nicola Walker, unknown Description: Unknown episode. Series regular Susan Taylor (Walker) and an unknown victim are placed in bondage in this late-90s British police series. Reference: Brent Smith's tape indexes. Most of the scenes on these videos are of the 'bound and gagged' variety, but let the renter/taper beware. |

Venna is handgagged in a dark corn field at about 1:12 into the movie. She is held captive in a hotel room, tied to a chair, and gagged with clear tape that is wrapped around her mouth several times. This happens at about 1:16 in. There is a shotgun at the door, rigged to go off if anyone opens it. The scene is switched back and forth to several times. Numerous close-ups and wondeful mmmppphing by Leelee make this scene a must-see, even for those who despise clear tapegags! Towards the end of the film (around 1:30), there's a brief scene where "Charlotte" (Jessica Bowman) is seen (in the cab of a truck) wearing a very tight dark-colored bandana cleave gag. Shot is from the head up with no ropes or restraints visible. |

To this end, he kidnaps Kristin, and duct tapes her to a canvas chair. Her hands are taped in front, and a length of tape pins her shoulders to the chair. Her ankles are taped and she's gagged with a strip of tape for good measure. Unusual ending, but I won't spoil it for you. The action begins around the last ten minutes, and goes 'til nearly the end. IMO a top drawer scene, with a well-sealed tape gag. |
