Record number: 213 Title: Four Rooms (1995) Medium: Movie Actress: Jennifer Beals, unknown Description: This movie is a sequence of four separately titled stories. Beals' scenes are in the second segment, titled "Room 404: The Wrong Man", and come in around the 25' mark (without commercials). She's shown tied to a chair and gagged with a rolled-up black cloth (possibly a sock) held in place by a thick length of white rope, cleave-with-stuffing-style. Long sequence, lasting about 10mins, with lots of closeups and mmmphing as Beals tries to communicate with the bellboy (Tim Roth) who has stumbled in on her, then scenes with her gun-toting husband, Beals (still bound and gagged) and bellboy. Played for laughs. Prior to this, about 18' in, Roth hallucinates while viewing a Klaw-type photo. The two lingeried women, one with wrists bound behind, come to life in his delusion, and there's a little light spanking; somewhat in the style of Bettie Page. A few seconds' worth of nostalgia. |

Record number: 862 Title: Fear (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Reese Witherspoon, Amy Brenneman Description: 86 minutes in, during the climactic scene, Ms. Brenneman's character and her husband are captured by their daughter's crazy ex-boyfriend. Both are handcuffed behind the back and gagged with duct tape. Brenneman's gagging and part of her binding occur onscreen. The bad news is that there's more husband gaggage than wife gaggage; the good news is that the bad guy carries the husband off eventually, leaving us with a few nice shots of Brenneman by herself. (She is saved by her son, who brings her the key to the cuffs in a sequence which is implied but not shown.) Earlier, at the 71-minute mark, the daughter (played by Ms. Witherspoon) is cornered in a bathroom stall, handgagged and fondled by her ex-boyfriend. Scene goes on for over a minute. |

Record number: 16063 Title: Savages (2012) Medium: Movie Actress: Blake Lively; Sandra Echeverrķa; Salma Hayek Description: Two kidnapped damsels in this movie. Sandra is kidnapped from her apartment and is crammed into a freezer. She is shown on a video feed. At the end her captors slam the door shut on her. During the first scene, where Sandra is seen on the TV monitor bound & tape gagged in the opened freezer, Blake is brought into the room (where the TV is being viewed) with her hands tied in front and tightly cleave gagged with a blue bandanna (kinda interesting effect, a bound & gagged girl watching another bound & gagged girl on a TV). One of Sandra's captors tells Blake's captors to remove her gag, which they do. She remains tied while they watch the rest of the video feed. At the end of the movie Sandra is shown with her hands tied behind her and still tape gagged for a hostage exchange with Blake, who has also been kidnapped by a Mexican drug gang. Blake's first scene she is tied to a chair with some rags but the light is poor and she is all dirty and scared. She is then caged and spends some time looking at a tv with her feet chained to the wall. She then appears blindfolded and has her hands tied in front of her with some kind of black tape. Next she is handcuffed with her hands in front of her, with some handcuffs with a large chain. Finally she is to be released from her kidnappers and she appears in a car where she is gagged with a cleave gag and her hands tied in front of her. After a bloody shoot-out, the entire sequence is shown to be just a fantasy and the REAL way the hostage exchange went down is then shown, with lots of additional shots of both girls bound & gagged. At the very end of the film Salma Hayek is arrested and handcuffed hands behind, very brief. |

Record number: 16189 Title: An Officer and a Murderer (2012) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Kristina Pesic, Micheline Marchildon Description: True story of a Canadian Air Force colonel who was also a serial killer. Two of his attacks are recreated here. In the first, at 25mins without commercials, cute blonde Linda (Pesic) puts her baby into its crib and lays down on her bed for some rest. Colonel Russell sneaks up behind her and wakes her by pushing her head down onto the mattress. Her wrists are quickly bound behind her back with a white ziptie and she is blindfolded with a thin green cloth, all done onscreen. Once she is secure, Russell begins to cut off her PJs (white camisole, pink bottoms, barefoot) and forces her to pose for pictures in various lingerie. The first set is a blue bra and matching panties; the second is a dark grey bra and pink panties; the last set is a pink bra and blue panties. Finally, at 29mins, he ends the abuse by cutting Linda's wrists free and ordering her to count to 200 before removing her blindfold and allowing him to escape, which she does after about a minute. In the second attack, at 42mins, he surprises brunette Marie (Marchildon) in her basement and quickly subdues her, dragging her upstairs to her bedroom. No other details of the attack are shown, but at the end of the scene there is a brief glimpse of her lying on her bed, hands ziptied in front and wraparound gagged with duct tape (twice around her head). She is likely already dead at this point, as the crime is later revealed to be a murder. A crime scene photo of this is shown at 48mins. |
