Early in the movie a young woman (Hamilton) is seen waiting at a bus stop. A big guy comes up to her and grabs her, forcing her into a car, after he snaps some handcuffs onto her wrists (in front). On the video box the false advertisers have shown a cloth gag being tied around the girl's face. But no! The idiot abductor just stuffs a handkerchief into her mouth which, of course, she could easily spit out at any time. He then proceeds not to gag her but blindfold her. Why? She's already seen him so what's the point? Anyway, he stops the car later and rapes her (more-or-less offscreen) dumping her out of the car to find her way home. Someone should give movie directors a crash course in proper bondage! And yes, Meredith Baxter, as the titular character, wins in the end. |

They release her before that, fortunately. The scene lasts for perhaps a minute, and comes in about 65' mark (without commercials) after a video conference with the President. |

Beware as there are some serious scenes in which she is beaten and/or violently threatened by her jealous boyfriend. |

Threats directed at him do no good so they grab his mistress, Cini (Preston), (he's married to a drop-dead gorgeous woman (Ann-Margret) so obviously he has rocks in his head chasing after someone else). One day the bad guys grab Harry and march him into a room. There he is compelled to watch a video they describe as a 'film test'. Cini is shown being pushed into a room. She is obviously scared and bewildered. Her hands are tied behind her back and rope then tied around her torso, firmly holding her in the chair. She is not gagged, for the simple reason the hoods want the guy to hear her screams. A gun is set up pointing at her body. They rip open her shirt, leaving her breasts bare. She comes to an unhappy end.br> Ann-Margret has a brief handcuff scene, too. |

Of course the good stuff is in the last half hour of the movie, where Gershon is bound and gagged in chair with duct tape, listening while all the final exposition is spun out. Near the very end, Elizabeth Shue, wearing a short brunette wig, is handcuffed and put into the police cruiser. |

The two chief females are Nicollette Sheridan (Agent 3.14) and Stephanie Romanov (Barbara Dahl) who get themselves variously tied and fettered in the cause of a good story. The evil General Rancor (played by Andy Griffith, with detachable arms) has Barbara fettered, first to a rocket, then to a dungeon-like wall (in five scenes spread throughout the film), later again to the rocket, and Agent WD40 (Neilsen) has but 36 hours to release the captive before she is blasted into space. Along the way Agent 3.14 gets herself captured and strapped down to a gurney. In the end the General is blasted off himself thanks to our intrepid hero. No gags. |

Will Steed save her in time? Great close-ups, and Diana Rigg looks awesome in her tight leather jumper and knee-high black leather boots. Since the train is a scale model, Mrs. Peel is bound parallel to the tracks. Her wrists are tied to each track above her head and her ankles are similarly bound in a modified spreadeagle. |
