May want to tape for the hell of it? @8:30pm BravoC Record number: 2235 Title: Bone Collector, The (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Olivia Birkelund Description: Lindsay Rubin (Birkelund) gets kidnapped by the serial killer along with her husband, who's simply shot and buried. At about 18 minutes into the film, she's shown being led through an underground steam tunnel by the masked killer, gagged with duct tape and her wrists in a pair of early-1900s style handcuffs. In a sequence that begins about ten minutes later and continues for about ten minutes more, she's shown several times with her hands cuffed over her head and her ankles roped together, sitting in front of a large steam pipe the killer has opened and swung around towards her, making obvious the fate that awaits her if the police don't decipher the cryptic clues to her whereabouts he's given them in time. @11:15pm Space/Imagination Record number: 909 Title: Dead Fire (1997) aka Vaisseau de l'enfer, Le Medium: Movie Actress: Lucie Zednickova, Monika Schnarre Description: In the film's opening sequence, Lucie plays a cafeteria worker aboard a space station who has been taken hostage is shown sitting on the edge of a table, with her ankles tied to one of its legs, her hands behind her back, and tightly cleave-gagged with a white cloth. The psycho bad guys procedes to unbutton her blouse, tug her breasts from her bra and fondle them. Late in the film there's a brief shot of Monika Schnarre. Hands tied together behind her back, not gagged. Restraints not seen. She is seen being led into a room by guards, then fondled by another blonde- it's the breasts again, but this time through the clothing. Lucie wears waitress uniform: shirt made in a shiny grey material, and a short white skirt. Her bra is white. Monika wears a white sleeveless shirt and black pants. |

About 20 minutes in, she's shown lying on a mattress on the floor of an otherwise empty room, wearing a full white slip with white stockings and her ankles bound with rope. She has lost her shoes in the struggle and when she awakens in the empty room, the scene begins with a great closeup of her bound stocking feet. It's implied her hands are tied behind her, but they aren't shown clearly. She's gagged with a piece of wide white adhesive tape. In a flashback, her abduction is shown; as she hangs up her wedding dress while her new husband takes a shower, a man in a surgical mask, armed with a scalpel, approaches as she recoils in horror. He comes up behind her, hand-gags her, and warns her not to scream as he menaces her with the scalpel. Then he reaches into his pocket and produces a chloroform-soaked cotton pad with which he renders her unconscious. About 20 minutes later, she's again shown bound and gagged on the mattress. This time, her captor enters the room and makes a big production of warning her not to scream when he removes the tape, before ripping it off and untying her. The ropes on her wrists are finally shown for a few seconds as he slices through them with the scalpel. |

She is shown handcuffed to a chair, and then to a machine of some kind. No gag, but plenty of struggling and yelling for help. Around or shortly after the hour mark. A little later, Ms. Janssen (Dr. Jean Grey), during the early part of the climatic battle scene, has her lips, nose and right eye sealed with a glue like substance (frog spit). Nothing binds her, however, and the glue is eventually dissolved off by Cyclops (James Marsden). Further on, she gets pinned to the wall with metal girders by Magneto, as is Ms. Berry as Storm. |
