Record number: 1011 Title: The Avengers (1961) Medium: TV Series Actress: Anna Quayle Description: Episode: "The Correct Way To Kill" (5.9) From the colour series with Mrs. Peel. Anna plays a Russian girl who ends up in a box bound wrists in front and gagged with neckties. One tie holds a folded hankerchief over her mouth. Brief views, but the bondage is tight and Ms. Quayle is buxom. Good stuff. Anna's wearing a skirt, heels and black tights. There is also a chloroforming scene prior to the bondage. Quayle goes into a medical exam room under the pretense of getting some sort of foot treatment. As soon as she sits down in the chair we see the evil nurse preparing a rag with chloroform. Unfortunately, it is not the nurse who actually knocks Quayle out. A number of goons rush the room and one of them takes the cloth from her. Later, when Quayle is being rescued from the crate, Steed asks her, "How do you feel?" She replies, "Like someone who has been tied up and dumped in a box." |

Record number: 7235 Title: Dark Angel Medium: TV Series Actress: Jessica Alba aka Jessica Marie Alba Description: Episode: "Shorties in Love" (1.17) You know there's trouble brewing as soon as Diamond turns up. She's an old gal pal of Original Cindy and soon things start humming. Diamond is a thief from way back and when she discovers Max (Alba) is planning to rob a safe, not only of a vital computer disc needed by Logan but a big cache of money as well, she follows Max and grabs the loot, leaving Max (23 minutes) in a cage to face the music while she and and Original Cindy can escape to Mexico with the money. We next see Max on a chair, tied hands behind, being interrogated. When she refuses to co-operate, the bad guys walk in and use a dart gun to knock her out. About a minute and a half of this. When she wakes up (about 26 min in), her arms and legs are strapped down on a table. After some further interrogation she is left alone with one of the captors. She breaks the ankle straps and grabs the guy about his neck with her legs, putting him out of action then breaks the wrist bands and escapes. About 1.5 minutes of on screen time. |

Record number: 7236 Title: Dark Angel Medium: TV Series Actress: Lisa Ann Cabasa Description: Episode: "Hit a Sista Back" (1.20) Tinga (Cabasa), an X5, goes on the run when her well-meaning husband pastes signs up around the place seeking information about his missing wife. Big mistake! Lydecker is on the trail and uses the poster information to find Tinga's little boy. He infects the child with a virus that will kill him in a matter of hours and uses the child's imminent death as a means of forcing Tinga to surrender. He has an antidote and will only hand it over when Tinga gives herself up. Reluctantly Tinga gives in to the goons but other forces, working independently to Lydecker, snatch Tinga away from his grasp. Later we see the woman hanging spreadeagled and (sort-of) nude (well, it is an American show, can't expect too much guys!) hanging in a tank of liquid/water, with tubes attached to her body. Good scene as the camera moves back and away from the tank. Later, when Max arrives on the scene we see Tinga again. An enraged Max smashes the tank and sits nursing her sister's body as Lydecker and the bully boys arrive on the scene. Max is in deep trouble! |

Record number: 14995 Title: Open House (2010) Medium: Movie Actress: Rachel Blanchard Description: A cheap direct to DVD forgettable movie dealing with a brother and sister psycho twins serial killers with a stupid plot premise (they are preying on open houses, set up to live in them for a while and kill whomever they please). The brother, for no apparent reason, falls for Alice, the owner of the house (Rachel Blanchard) and decides to “keep” her. He hides her from her sister in a basement hideout so she won’t kill her. We see Alice tied with her hands behind seemingly with a chain (bindings are not show) and a chain around her ankle secured to a post. She is cleaved gagged and kept in the hideout for seemingly many hours. When sis is out he takes her out for the usual feeding, bathing, bathroom, carrying her chain, psycho babbling scenes of this type of captive-predator formula. There is a failed escape attempt scene ending with a good beating with a belt while unbound. She is seen gagged and tied again watching TV together with Mr. psycho in another scene. She is wearing jeans and blouse. Beware, this DVD cover shows Ana Paquin and Stephen Moyer as if they were major characters. They have no more than 5 minutes screen time. The film was directed by Paquin’s brother. Rip-off! |

| Karla (2006) aka Deadly aka Lethal Marriage |

| Medium: Movie Actress: Laura Prepon, Fiona Manners, Cherilyn Hayres, Tanya Lemelle, Kristen Swieconek Description: Grim but non-exploitative drama about Karla Homolka (Prepon), who along with her husband Paul Bernardo abused and murdered several young women between 1990 and 1992. Much wasted bondage potential, but there are a few scenes of possible interest. 9 minutes in, Manners turns up briefly as a rape victim who is handgagged by Paul while walking in the woods. 17 minutes in, Paul gives Karla's sister Tammy (Hayres) a number of drugged drinks, from which she passes out. He then orders Karla to chloroform Tammy while he opens her shirt and bra. He's filming all this with a video camera. Unfortunately, Karla uses too much chloroform, and Tammy dies. Next, in scenes beginning 33 and 39 minutes in, a second rape victim played by Lemelle, then Tina McCarthy (Swieconek), and then Karla, all get handgagged by Paul. Just after Karla's handgag, we see Swieconek, blindfolded but unbound, while Paul films her. He orders her to open her shirt, which she does, though she manages to protect her modesty. This scene cuts away, then picks up again a few minutes later. She's wearing a skirt and is barefoot. Eventually, Karla removes her blindfold. The last victim is played by Foret (a Katie Holmes type) in the role of Kaitlyn, whom Paul handgags and kidnaps at knifepoint 57 minutes in. Like the other victims, she is never bound. Finally, 78 minutes in, Paul decides to punish Karla with some rough sex. She is cleave gagged while he ravishes her, and he puts a cord around her neck and nearly strangles her. It also appears that her hands are bound in front during this scene, but you need freeze-frame to see it. |

| Medium: TV Movie Actress: Trieste Kelly Dunn, Suzanne Quast Description: Lifetime network docudrama detailing the presumed crimes of Philip Markoff, who committed suicide before being brought to trial. At about 42 minutes into the standard Lifetime two-hours-with-commercials edit, victim Trisha Leffler (Dunn) has her wrists and ankles bound with zip ties. Her assailant clamps his hand over her mouth when he hears voices outside her room, then puts a strip of duct tape over her mouth. She is wearing a pink mini-dress and the assailant proceeds to cut her panties off with a knife before leaving her otherwise unharmed. Murder victim Julissa Brisman (Leela Savasta) is later shown being shot while resisting her killer's attempt to bind her. At roughly an hour and ten minutes, Quast, playing an unidentified victim, has her wrists bound with zip ties and is briefly handgagged when her husband calls to check on her. The assailant then knocks her unconscious and flees after tussling with her husband once he bursts into the room. |

| Medium: TV Movie Actress: Neve Campbell Description: Neve plays Kate Burkholder, the chief of police of an Amish town. Wearing streetclothes, she is chloroformed while looking through a car. She is next seen lying on the floor of the vehicle with her hands tied-in-front and wraparound tapegagged. She then has a chain attached to her tied legs and gets dragged along the ground, up a few stairs, and into a house. The gag is removed and she spends a few minutes talking with her captor before she is rescued. |
