Record number: 1745 Title: Eagle's Wing (1979) Medium: Movie Actress: Caroline Langrishe Description: Judith (played cute blonde British actress Langrishe) is kidnapped by an Indian (Sam Waterston (!)) and led through the desert with her hands tied behind her back during a large part of the movie. A gag would have worked miracles but the noose around her neck (she's attached to his horse) still gives it a special look and the ropes are really thick! There's a nice tie-up scene when he leaves her to oppose a trapper who's following him. This British-made western stars Martin Sheen, of all people. The scenes in the movie are somewhat marred by the director's curious inattention to detail for the bondage scenes, when he's obviously careful to be accurate in other aspects of the film. For example, in shot from a distance, Langrishe, supposedly bound, brings her hands from behind her back, realizes her gaff and puts them back in place so that in the next scene her wrist can be tied on-screen. Later, Langrishe tries to escape and sprints across the desert with her wrists bound behind her back. She stops, winded, and simply brings her hands from behind her back to hold her head in her hands - and no rope bindings are ever visible. Still, the last scene makes up for the gaffs - Pike (Sheen), determined to possess the white stallion currently being ridden by White Bull, arrives in the Indian's camp and confronts the Indian, his horse and Judith, who is seated with her wrists tied behind her. Indian and horse beat a hasty and retreat and Judith, sunburned and thirsty begs him, "Please... help me." Pike, forced to choose between the woman and the horse, sprints off in pursuit of the Indian. |

Lots of close-ups and moaning. The killer binds and gags her inside a closet. Her arms are bound in the front, her feet bound using black cloths and she's cleave-gagged with a white cloth (blood on her face). The killer opens the door and approaches her wielding a knife. She screams but the killer only cuts the bonds around her feet. He drags her into bathroom, still bound and gagged. She beats the killer and run upstairs. The killer chases her and they fight down the stairs. Fortunately Mulder arrives to save her and untie her. Lots of close ups and screaming through her gag. Action starts approximately 15 minutes before the end of the episode. |

Exactly after this Jamie is seen cuffed to a pipe (hands above) and the bad guys are pouring ice on her. 1:15 min an unknown girl is handcuffed. |

| Medium: TV Series Actress: Cynthia Preston aka Cyndy Preston; Jordy Benattar Description: Episode: "Through a Glass Darkly"(4.4) The episode opens with a kidnap victim Jordy being held in a barn by her kidnappers. All of her restraints are duct tape, and her wrists are taped in front of her, her ankles are taped together and tape seals her mouth. As the kidnappers threaten her, the action shifts back eight hours to where she is arguing with her mother, Cynthia in her kitchen. Cynthia, a Hall-of-Fame DID’er at this point, has given up her blonde hair and now is sporting hair which is dark brown. Jordy walks out of the house and down an alley, where the kidnappers and their van is waiting. Cynthia hears her cries for help and intercedes, only to be grabbed herself. As the van drives off, Cynthia is forced to tape up and gag Jordy in the same pose which she will have later in the barn. The kidnappers do a better job on Cynthia, as her hands are taped behind her back when she is bound and gagged. The kidnappers have not searched Jordy very well, and with her hands taped in front of her she is able to get out her cell phone and dial 911. Cynthia manages to get her gag off and attempts to question the kidnappers about where they are going, but a bump in the road exposes the phone, which is promptly thrown out the window and Cynthia is regagged. The kidnappers decide to simplify things by stopping the van and pulling Cynthia out, still tied and gagged. The tape around her booted ankles is cut and she is marched off into the woods by one of the kidnappers. The sound of a shot is heard and the van with Jordy still taped and gagged in the back drives off. The van gets to the barn seen at the top of the episode, and the kidnappers snap a photo of a gagged Jordy to send to her grandma, played by Linda Thorsen. Jordy is left in a stall at the barn while the kidnappers try to arrange the ransom. With her wrists taped in front of her, she easily cuts herself free and tries to escape, only to be recaptured immediately. The kidnappers learn nothing and once again tape her up with her hands in front of her, though they add some more tape around her arms. She is once again tape gagged. In the meantime, the cops have traced the location of the cellphone and the 911 call, and are using a drone to search the surrounding area. The drone spots Cynthia walking through a field, no longer gagged, but with her hands still taped behind her back. Getting back to the barn, the kidnapper with a conscience who pretended to shoot Cynthia decides to cut Jordy free, which is the end of the bondage in the episode. The bondage scenes run though almost the entire length of the episode. |

| Medium: TV Movie Actress: Julie Benz, Natasha Calis, Michelle Harrison Description: Fact-based saga of a bank manager (Benz) and her young daughter (Calis) taken captive in a home invasion by a gang plotting to force her to rob her workplace. Beginning at about 10mins in and continuing for the next 20mins, both are shown getting bound hand and foot onscreen with duct tape; a rolled up sock is stuffed partially into Benz's mouth, to much mmpphhing. Benz spends most of her screen time in the living room, sat in submissive silence on a chair with her hands taped together behind it and feet taped to the chair legs. Calis is in her bedroom, wide-eyed and terrified, lying on a bed with her hands taped in front and feet taped. At some point, Benz is ungagged for some lengthy dialogue with her exceptionally creepy and psychotic captor. She later starts to scream out for Calis, prompting him to re-gag her with a sloppily applied piece of duct tape; lots of angry mmpphhing when he does so. Again, she is soon ungagged when she agrees to behave. After about 7mins, Calis is brought back into the living room and sat on a couch, still bound and gagged. Benz pleads to be untied, then goes over to untie Calis herself. All of this takes place at night, so the lighting is somewhat dim. When daylight breaks, Benz is forced to have a shower, then get dressed in her black business outfit (consisting of a coat and skirt). Before she can put on her pink shirt, however, a bomb is duct taped to her back below her breasts (giving us a nice view of her tan-coloured bra), as well as a listening device. Upon returning to the living room, Calis is again shown bound and gagged as before, but now with a bomb taped to her chest as well. Benz gives her a hug and a kiss before then being taken on a trip to the bank. Whilst in a quiet backroom at the bank, she gives her brunette co-worker Harrison two separate handgags so as to warn her about the situation. At the end of the scene, Benz returns home to discover Calis having been left bound and gagged in a closet. She carefully peels off the bomb, places it on the floor, after which both run outdoors to get help. Before the bank sequences, Benz wears a green shirt and dark blue slacks. Calis wears pink pyjamas and slippers throughout the entire scene, and mmpphhs constantly whenever shown. |

| Medium: TV Movie Actress: Alex Frnka, Marlee Matlin Description: At 1:18 into the movie, Alex opens her front door for a psycho, and gets tased. After a brief cut-away, we come back to find her seated on the kitchen floor, hands tied behind her back, and gagged with a thick black cloth cleave. She watches as the psycho builds a bomb on the kitchen table. At 1:26, Alex has been moved to the basement, her gag has been removed and she is now secured with her wrists in front of her, and her ankles taped. The psycho torments her by calling her mom (Marlee) and letting Alex listen to the threats. At 1:40, Marlee joins Alex in the cellar. Alex is still on taped up on the floor, but Marlee is taped into the office chair – wrists to armrests, legs taped together from ankles to knees. When the psycho leaves them alone, Marlee manages to get to a pair of scissors, and eventually cuts herself and Alex free. |
