Tara is seen unconscious strapped to a moving table with what looks like gauze bandages. When she comes to and starts to open her mouth a plastic, or rubber ball, is dropped into her mouth and the gauze around her chest is pulled up to cover her mouth. While the gag looks lame -- it's tied to the table, not at the back of her neck -- when Steed lowers it, we see that her mouth has a wad of cotton in it, which Steed quickly plucks out. Also A LOT of moaning and struggling in this rather long scene, close-ups too. |

Record number: 16011 Title: Playback (2012) Medium: Movie Actress: Ambyr Childers Description: Approx 1 hour into the movie, Ambyr is walking across a parking lot wearing her light blue field hockey uniform when she falls for the old “can you help me unload my van” trick. She finds herself knocked cold, and when she wakes up she is sitting in the back of the van, hands tied behind her back and a nicely applied duct tape gag sealing her lips. Her abductor makes a couple of stops and comes back to threaten her a bit before taking her to his house. She sits on the floor in the basement, getting very dirty, still tied and duct tape gagged; while her abductor kidnaps her boyfriend. The boyfriend is tied to a chair in another room while Ambyr and the maniac watch him on a monitor in the basement. Left alone briefly, she manages to untie her ankles and runs up the stairs to her boyfriend. She leans down so that he can peel off her gag, and then bites and rips the tape holding him to the chair. After he unties her hands, they both make a run for freedom. The entire scene takes approx. 20 minutes of real time, with the action shifting back and forth to other locations. |

Record number: 222 Title: The Hitcher (1986) Medium: Movie Actress: Jennifer Jason Leigh Description: Nash (Leigh), a sweet young blonde cutie, is napping in a motel room bed while hero Jim Halsey (C. Thomas Howell) is taking a shower. A protective arm surround her and she makes happy purring noises until she suddenly release the hairy wrist does not belong to her boyfriend, but serial killer John Ryder (Rutger Hauer). She tries to scream but Ryder clamps his huge hand over our heroine's mouth. In the next scene, Nash is horizontally suspended, tied hand and foot between a semi tractor and trailer and cleave-gagged. Lots of struggling and yelling through the gag, while baddie Ryder in the tractor cab tortures her by slowly pulling forward, then back, before bringing the proceedings to a sad, gruesome end, which isn't explicitly shown, thank God. Scene starts about the 80 minute mark. |
