Title: Next (2007)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Jessica Biel

Description: At 1hr 1mins, Biel is walking along a lonely road when a car pulls up alongside. She puts her hands up as a bad guy points a gun at her. She is next seen at 1hr 4mins, being viewed on a TV monitor by Nicolas Cage's character in a series of precognitive flashbacks: wearing jeans & a cute pink sleeveless top, she's seated in a wheelchair with her hands bound behind her back with a black ziptie, and her ankles spread and ziptied to the wheelchair, and she is gagged with a strip of grey duct tape. An intricate bomb setup is also strapped to her upper body.

The flashbacks continue at 1hr 9mins, this time in full view with some close-ups. Later still, in a non-flashback sequence at 1hr 13mins, Biel is carried out of a van still in her aforementioned wheelchair predicament. We're now treated to some great close-ups as she struggles, looks around with a wide-eyed expression & mmpphhs slightly. All scenes of her bound & gagged are then over at 1hr 14mins. No release shown.

However, she isn't out of trouble yet, as she is immediately shown being led into another van (or the same one as before......who knows?) completely unbound but still with the bomb strapped to her. After the van crashes in a chase/shootout, she escapes into a warehouse. At 1hr 18mins, after some sneaking around in the darkness, the same bad guy as before handgags her tightly in a very quick sequence; but she does manage to let out a nice mmpphh.

After an armed stand-off, Biel is finally released unharmed at 1hr 25mins..

Title: The Shadow on the Window (1957)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Betty Garrett

Description: She's the estranged wife of a cop who's hired herself out as a stenographer, then gets taken hostage by a gang of young toughs who come to rob her boss. Beginning about ten minutes in and continuing until about the 35-minute mark, she's shown in a number of scenes sitting and lying on a sofa in the living room with her wrists lashed together in front with what appears to be thin, dark rope. Occasionally her ankles are shown roped together as well. Sadly, she's never gagged.

The Magic Carpet
Day: Friday May 23 2014
Time: 5:05 PM Eastern
Channel: Get-TV
Record number: 13598

Title: Magic Carpet (1951)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Patricia Medina

Description: Patricia Medina plays a woman who wants to join the ranks of the dashing Scarlet Falcon in this witless 50s Arabian Nights epic. In her first scene about 16 minutes in, she's tied to a chair seated, hands behind. Her bonds are never seen, and it's fairly evident she was just holding them behind her, since when she sweet-talks her guard into removing her bonds, they are neatly coiled the moment he removes them.

The second scene is much better, about 1 hour in she has a spat with the evil queen (played by Lucille Ball!) and is sent to the dungeon. At around 1:04 the Scarlet Falcon finds her chaines to the wall by a ring that is just above her head, with short chains secured to manacles that keep her wrists about level with her head. Brief scene, but well lit.
