It’s short, just a quick one to stop her from making to much noise. There is also another seen towards the end where Edi Patterson is chloroformed, but it’s also a quick one.

DiD scenes with laughter
Having just made a dB entry for a scene from Bizaardvark (#24627), it got me wondering about other good comedic scenes where the TV audience laughs at a damsel in her predicament. In other words, when bondage is made to look lighthearted. Examples:

Bosom Buddies S02E11 (Penny Marshall)
Married With Children S02E02 (Katey Sagal)
Jessie S04E19 (Peyton Roi List)
Hot In Cleveland S06E12 (Jane Leeves)

I'm sure we've said it ad nauseum over the years, but these really are the kinds of scenes we need more of, to offset the gloomy Criminal Minds/torture porn type of stuff churned out almost daily.

"Fresh Prince" with Karyn Parsons.
"Act of Piracy" wasn't a comedy, but both Belinda Bauer and daughter were smiling under their gags when rescued by Gary Bussy.

Maybe Christa Millers scene in The Drew Carey Show.

I agree. I know this is not what you meant exactly, but I'll always remember going to see Red, and the entire mostly full cinema laughing loudly (especially the women) when it is revealed that Bruce Willis has Mary Louise Parker bound and gagged in his car. I've never heard that reaction before or since to a DiD scene._.

Nancy Frangione's great scene in 1986 in "Another World" was played for laughs.

Neither of these fit the description. I meant scenes specifically where the AUDIENCE (whether live studio or canned) is heard laughing.

This is actually much closer to what I meant. Remember when we were all wondering what kinda scene Selena Gomez was going to get in Monte Carlo? Before the official DVD and Blu-ray releases hit the Net, there was a Russian cam-rip where the cinema audience can be heard very clearly laughing when an apple-gagged Selena is shown.

Re: DiD scenes with laughter
Suzanne Somers - She's the Sheriff S1E02
Harley Jane Kozak - You Wish S1E06 & S1E12
Jean Smart & Mary McDonnell - High Society S1E13
Emly Osment - Young and Hungry S4E09
Sitcoms are probably some of my favourite types for the lightheartedness, like moments where a damsel is locked up because of a prank or kept out of the way from ruining a moment or revealing a secret.
Also more lighthearted moments from more 'serious' shows are good, like Holly Marie Combs scene from Charmed S8E11, where two of the leading characters suddenly find her bound and gagged after leaving her alone only minutes ago.

Disney/Nickelodeon shows are typically good for this if you're okay with teen actress
Zendaya Coleman - KC Undercover S1E02
Unknown - KC Undercover S1E04
Raven Symone - That's so Raven S3E22
Laura Spencer - Jessie S2E04
Kelsey Chow - Pair of Kings S3E02
Demi Lovato - Sonny with a Chance S1E10 & S2E05
Laura Marano - Austin & Ally S4E14 (really wish she got a gag here)

Gags not realistic?
Do cleave or tape gags actually work?

The ones you usually say on TV or movies, no. Not many of them would actually work. A single strip of duct tape comes off very easily.

No, some jaw movement could get a tape gag and a wraparound tape gag, I'm guessing more stronger tape like gaffer tape would work though.
