| Would love to see the whole movie it's virtually disappeared. Good to see its makers hitting the bigtime Pet Sematary was a fine film. Shame they didn't add Absence to Pet Sematary's dvd/bluray extras have seen similar done with other filmmaker's early works. Now that they have made it maybe they can remake Absence? |

| They used to have Margaret Laney's great on screen hogtying and wrap-gagging scene on Vimeo and such but that's long gone. Would love to see her "bondage schoolgirl" scenes. Definitely time to re-release Absence in light of the director's ascendance |

| Absence is probably up there with my most sought-after Grail scenes. Have tried to see the entire film for years without success and it's never been released on dvd as far as I know. Those Facebook pics are enticing but indistinct. Every time I read the enthusiastic Database entry I'm keen to track it down again. If anyone out there has anything - screencaps/vision/link to the film please feel free to post |

She is sitting in a chair cuffed in front and asks the female cop to get her coffee. She then snoops her computer to look up info while cuffed and write down some stuff. She's a real cutie so hope for something good in this show. |

| Spent awhile searching but not much luck. The old sadly missed Danger Theatre blog still has pics and an edit of Margaret Laney getting her great duct tape treatment but nothing of her "schoolgirl" routine sadly. Which is a shame as from the grainy picture we have that is some strappado she's in. Feet, ankles, thighs and waist bound(looks like professional rigger's ropework); can imagine Margaret's ballgag was secured nice & tight also. Shame it's sort of faded away maybe its makers think it's too amateurish/low budget now that they're making A-list horror features. Everybody has to start somewhere though. Hopefully, unlike the actual Grail, the film will see re-release sometime. Margaret is an absolute doll and two completely different bondage scenarios in one film is a rare and awesome thing |

| Strappados? Hogties? Wraparound gags? Ball gags? In a mainstream flick? I need to see this asap ;). Sounds to me like the writer/directors indulged a few of their DiD fantasies with a very attractive actress a la the original(and still the best)Alice Creed. Which is not a bad thing naturally, and we'd all do it if we had the means and $$$. Funny how a film made ten years ago has disappeared basically...there's sure to be copies out there somewhere. Time for an official tenth anniversary Blu-ray release methinks! |
