The Flash S06E07
Surprise scene for Michelle Harrison (playing the Speed Force playing Barry's mother) as around 32:42 she gets stuck to a door and goo-gagged by current villain Bloodwork. Nice mumble as it happens, but all shots either go by fast or are blurry, and she/it/they are released after about 30 seconds when sidekick #1 saves the day.

Here are several examples. I’ll limit the list to those damsels who receive additional bondage after the handgagging.

Title: Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? (1969) Episode: "The Creepy Creature Of Vulture's Claw" (1.09) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Heather North)
While exploring a creepy mansion, Daphne Blake (voiced by Heather North) is grabbed by a mantis-like creature that emerges from behind a secret door. She is handgagged and silently pulled inside.
Later, Daphne is found sitting inside a secret cabinet, bound with rope (ankles together, hands behind). Oddly, she is not gagged. Odder still, the ungagged Daphne does not yell for help. Instead, she alerts the gang to her presence by knocking on the door.

Title: Batman: The Animated Series (1992) Episode: "Prophecy of Doom" (1.22) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Heather Locklear)
Ethan Clark, a friend of Bruce Wayne, is being conned by a phony psychic. Daughter Lisa Clark (voiced by Heather Locklear) investigates on her own. She is caught snooping and handgagged by a henchman. She is later seen bound to a ten-foot diameter globe of the planet Mars in a standing “T” (ankles together, arms stretched straight out to the sides) and tape-gagged.

Title: Batman: The Animated Series (1992) Episode: "The Trial" (2.09) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Arleen Sorkin)
During a takeover of Arkham Asylum by the inmates, Batman handgags Harley Quinn (voiced by Arleen Sorkin), then puts her in a straitjacket. She is suspended upside-down, with the top of the straitjacket serving as a gag to muffle her screams.

Title: Kid Superpower Hour with Shazam! Episode: "Who's Who at the Zoo" (1.01) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Dawn Jeffory)
Mary Batson (voiced by Dawn Jeffory) is handgagged by an evil genius. She is later seen bound with rope in the free-standing position (hands behind, additional ropes around the torso) and OTM gagged. Freddie Batson and Uncle Dudley Batson share her predicament. Only Billy Batson remains free.

Title: Kid Superpower Hour with Shazam! Episode: "Best Seller" (1.03) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Dawn Jeffory)
Mary Batson (voiced by Dawn Jeffory), Billy Batson, and Freddie Batson are asleep at home. They are invaded by a band of alligator-like creatures. All three are handgagged by the clawed hands of the creatures and later seen bound hands behind and OTM gagged to prevent them from saying the magic words that would transform them into Mary Marvel, Captain Marvel, and Captain Marvel, Jr. respectively. The male Batsons are wearing pajamas; Mary is attired in a pink slip.

Title: Josie and the Pussycats Episode: "Chili Today and Hot Tamale" (1.07) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Jackie Joseph)
In sunny Mexico, the bass drum of Pussycats drummer Melody Valentine (voiced by Jackie Joseph) has become an object of interest to The Scorpion, this week’s megalomaniac bent on world domination. At the beginning of the second act, Melody is carrying her base drum down the sidewalk. Suddenly, two of the Scorpion’s costumed minions emerge from their parked Scorpion Car (convertible model) and grab Melody. They handgag her, then pull both her and her bass drum into the Scorpion Car. The vehicle takes off, with the Pussycat gang in pursuit. In short order, Melody is gagged with an “X” of white adhesive tape (to put a stop to her annoying back-seat driving).

Title: Superman (1942) Episode: Destruction Inc. (1.13) aka Superman: Destruction Inc. Damsel: (voiced by Joan Alexander)
In this Max Fleischer Superman cartoon short, Lois Lane (voiced by Joan Alexander) is working undercover at a munitions plant, investigating a death (or, is it murder?). She is caught snooping. She is grabbed, handgagged, then OTM gagged and loaded into a live torpedo. The torpedo is fired at a derelict ship test target. Superman intercedes, brings the torpedo back to shore, and releases Lois. Strangest thing, though. When Lois was loaded into the torpedo, her hands were out of sight behind her back and ostensibly bound. But when Superman pulls her out of the torpedo, her hands are unrestrained. That needs a bit of explanation,

Title: Underdog (1964) Episode: "The Great Gold Robbery", Parts 2 & 3 (1.13-1.14) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Norma MacMillan)
Underdog’s arch-enemy, the master criminal Riff Raff, plans to kidnap Sweet Polly Purebred (voiced by Norma MacMillan) as part of a larger criminal plot. He and his men pull up to Polly’s house in a moving van. As Polly looks carefully out of her window, she is handgagged from behind by one of Riff’s men. She is then rolled up in a rug (offscreen), but ostensibly not otherwise restrained. She is carried out of the house, the rolled-up rug visibly squirming as it is loaded into the moving van. As the moving van drives away, we see Polly’s head inside one end of the rolled-up rug.
Later, Polly is restrained in rope (offscreen) in cartoon fashion (coiled all over her body from throat to toes). Riff has something special planned.

Title: Underdog (1964) Episode: "Simon Says Be My Valentine", Parts 2-4 (3.18-3.20) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Norma MacMillan)
Underdog’s arch-enemy, the mad scientist Simon Bar-Sinister, intends to abduct Sweet Polly Purebred (voiced by Norma MacMillan) to serve as hero bait to lure Underdog into a trap. At the end of Part 2, she is handgagged by Cad Lackey, Simon’s hulking henchman, and carried away from her television station. Back at Simon’s lab, Polly’s right wrist is manacled to a metal pole. In Part 3, after she has cried out to Underdog for help, Simon ties a huge detective gag over Polly’s mouth. Nothing to do now but wait for the hero of heroes to come to the rescue of his lady fair.
Interestingly, although Polly has one hand free, the detective gag is tied so tightly, it resists all of her efforts to remove it (now, that’s my kind of detective gag).

Title: Fantastic Four (1994) Episode: "Now Comes the Sub-Mariner" (1.03) Damsel: Animated (voiced by Lori Alan)
At the 7 minute mark (w/o commercials), while walking along a beach, Sue Storm Richards/The Invisible Woman (voiced by Lori Alan) is grabbed and handgagged by the Sub-Mariner, who then pulls her into the water.
At the 14 minute mark, she is seen bound to a column by chains, which pin her arms behind her back.

Soeur D'Armes
Lots of female hostages in full body Burqas freed by the heroes near the end of the film not to mention Swedish cutie Dilan Gwyn wearing a full body Burqa gagged underneath with rope attached to her neck during her forced marriage to El Britani.

Scene I.D.
Does anyone remember a black and white short film shown on a European film channel called Cinemania (I believe it was Spanish or Portugese) circa 1991-1993. In it a woman is tied or chained to a pole in a garage or somewhere similar she is gagged with multiple strips of plaster and her two captors plan to shoot her and take a photo at the same time. It may have been called La Passion (I can't be sure about the title). This scene is my holy grail as the emoting from the damsel is incredible

I need help
The other night I was browsing Hulu (on my wife's profile) and it suggested a new release about a woman who spends the night at someone's house and the next day isn't allowed to leave because the family is one of serial killers. The trailer showed at least two bound ladies, one with a duct tape gag, as well as some arms-over-head tying. Good stuff.

Now here's my problem. I don't remember its title. I didn't add it to the watch list since it was my wife's profile and she hates when I add horror films to her queue. I thought I'd be able to find it pretty quickly as Hulu tends to pimp stuff for weeks but, alas, I cannot. I've browsed new releases, the horror and thriller genre listings and nothing comes up.

Any help in tracking this one down is appreciated. Thanks!

SWAT
Short, dark scene from tonight's SWAT, but it did have Jenna Lyng Adams wearing a white cleave briefly.
