Anniversary
Here we arrive at yet another marking of the passage of time on the forum. On March 15, 1997 this site began, as announced in this message posted to usenet:

I have started up a page dedicated to discussion on the topic of bondage scenes from mainstream media. The page doesn't have a lot to it yet (I only worked on it for a few hours so far), but it does have forums for posting about trades, VCR alerts, and general discussion.

As usual, it's happy anniversary to all because YOU make this page what it is.

Happy Anniversary, Brian. Your pioneer efforts continue to bear fruit and we all benefit from the work you and our various contributors have put forth to make this forum what it is. Still love this fetish after all these years...

magicians
didn't see descriptors, so here's one.

Heroes visit a haunted house and get caught up in ghost business. The hot blonde librarian and a putz wake up in a kids bedroom(on a kids chair). They are reenacting some scene from the ghost's past where she was punished by the head woman of the household. The blonde has her hands tied in front. Her ankles are tied through the bottom of the chair, one loop around one ankle, back of the chair, then back to the other ankle. The putz use a spell to free himself, then the girl. She's dressed in her sexy, short librarian outfit and heels. A good closeup of both her bonds. starts about the halfway mark and goes for about ten minutes.

Wraparound tape gag & blindfold
Hey all,

Do any of you have any favourite scenes with damsels with their mouths and eyes taped? Particularly on screen application.

Missy Peregrym's Rookie Blue Season 2 scene. She's blindfolded onscreen with duct tape. Love that scene, my favorite B&G scene ever.

This site revolutionized the DID collecting world.
Lots of site came and disappeared but this site gathers all the best scouters and editters and collecters together.
Now we are at the age of HD quality and online video archive.
This site contribute a lot to that.
And it is only hosting words...
I remember when back at 2004 I googled the word 'gag' and ran into this site.
While we have at least one more option (robs forum) there is some magic with this site simplicity, it is easy to use and stayed the same from 1997 up to now and that is impressive.
I hope this page will proceed all of us for future generations.
Imagine what it would be like in a hundred years for someone to find scenes from 80+ years in HD...

Thanks Brian for the vision who would have guessed it would get this far and become so successful.

Once again, Brian, I wish your site a Happy Anniversary and congratulate you on your unprecedented achievement. Your Website has become an integral part of my life, and I peruse it daily. I am also proud to state that I have made numerous contributions to the voluminous Scene Database. Thank you for making life much better for people with a certain common interest.

Odds and Ends
A couple of things which merit a mention from last night. Bar Paly tied to a chair in NCIS: LA, and Lori Petty doing an interesting Joker impression after being arrested in Gotham.

Neither is worth bothering with a full edit.

Found it 15 years and four months ago. Was searching for a movie with a particular scene and stumbled across this site. Have been hooked since.

Discovered this page in 2005. It always has been the absolute best blog of it's kind. It's usually the first thing I check when on the internet.

Re: magicians
This could have been a good scene but the whole shows seems to be filmed through a "ugly filter." I find that series watchable because every scene is dark and dingy. Just my opinion but the lack of decent lighting totally ruined it for me.

Pretty Little Liars - Nothing
bummer. nothing in the finale and based on the plot and the cliffhanger, unlikely for anything.

the Liars... well not lie, but lead us on again and produce nothing.

This show was always a long shot, but it needed to be checked. There's still a possibility of something in the S7 premiere, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Lucy Hale said this season would be the last, but I could see them using other actresses if the main ones move on. But, yeah, what a waste for the most part.

The Assassin Played the Trombone. French version has DinD saying "Le baillon! Le baillon!" as her dad works on untaping her first.

What a frustrating scene. Avoid it unless you like the sound of duct tape in near-total darkness while you hear the girl's mom crying.

I wish I would have seen DarkRider's post earlier, but somehow I missed it.

Can someone fill me in what happened to Andrea (Laurie Holden) after her being shown B&G for a few seconds at the end of S03E14? I've skimmed thru S03E15 and there's nothing.

Let's put it in perspective Brian has had the greatest influence in the history of Mainstream DID. I started with the betamax and never dreamed it could've come to this. Thank you Brian

Happy Anniversary, Brian, Moderator, Engineer, contributors and visitors. I've been here from Day 1, and if my math is right, this is Day 6939 (19x365=6935 plus leap days in '00, '04, '08 and '12). And I've visited this page on nearly all of them. Thanks to you, Brian, for keeping the page up and in focus, and to you and the others whose contributions make it what it is. Looking forward to next year's two-decades -- or a fifth of a century -- commemoration.
