I just double checked now since it's currently available on my DVR and no tape gags just as I remembered, just her and Fallon bound with their hands over heads. Does this scene appear as a deleted scene on the DVD? I'd certainly go out and get it if this scene with Queen Latifah tape gagged appears on the disc. |

Sounds like this: Record number: 18137 Title: 24: Live Another Day Medium: TV Series Actress: Yvonne Strahovski Description: Episode: "Day 9: 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M." (9.06) As the screen clock ticks 4:25, Jack comes up with a scheme to get close to an arms dealer which involves turning over CIA agent Kate (Yvonne). He plans on putting her out with propofol, which should stall any interrogation by the bad guys until he's had a chance to pass on a computer virus. He drives to the arms dealer's lair with Kate in the trunk, out cold and with her hands cuffed behind her back. Jack gets a rough welcome, but hands Kate over to the bad guys. Bad luck for Kate, they have a counter-agent for the propofol, and drag her off to be woken up and interrogated. At 4:41 pm, they try to slap Kate awake. She is pulled into a strappado, hooked to a chain from the ceiling. They pull her completely off the ground and torture her - first by cutting her with a knife, then by soaking her and giving her electric shocks. MI5 launches a raid on the place which interferes both with Jack's plans and the imminent execution of Kate. During the confusion Kate wraps her legs around the other guy’s neck and chokes him. She gets undone from the hook and tightens her grip on him. She grabs the knife and stabs him, with her hands still tied behind her. She pulls her hands over her butt to get them in front of her, grabs his gun and shoots another of the terrorists. It's hard to tell exactly how much of the footage is actually Yvonne and how much is a stunt double in this scene. Clearly, at least some of it is her, and her body angle indicates that rather than being tied in a suspended strappado she is actually being held up with a waist harness. |

| Interesting observation. In the first episode she is bound (not very convincingly) and gagged. In the second, where she plays a mop (YES, a mop) she is rather effectiveky restrained by a costume that traps her arms and is one of this tightest hobbles I have seen. | There are various quality shots of Aly Michalka bound and gagged. The tapegag is thick and well adhering to her mouth. The last shot of the scene is absolutely great. However, considering the anticipation of the potential, the fact that she is laying on her side for much of the scene, and the fact that much of the scene takes place in the dark, I would consider it to be a minor disappointment. |

I completely agree with you about the "night vision" effect. It just goes to show that a director will always find some way to screw up a scene. However, keep in mind that there are some good shots and one great shot (at the end of the scene) of a very attractive woman bound with a great tapegag. |

| 1) There is no such thing as a scene which couldn't have been better. 2) She didn't say her legs were numb, another character did. 3) Some people are incapable of enjoying anything, and try to spread their misery. Its best to ignore them. |

| Hey guys just came back from a preview screening of Criminal and I have to say most of you will be pretty pleased with the Gal Gadot scene. Not only a tape gag and over the head taping of wrists to the bed headboard, but some good "UMMMPPH"ing and struggling and using her foot and toe to set off a silent alarm near the bed so you feet guys get a treat too. |
