| Back when this show first ran I was out of town when Susanna Gonzalez's great scene was shown. Ever since it started re-running on Univision at noontime est. I've been keeping my eye out for her scene. I'm now almost certain it's going to start running starting Monday , that's when she should be knocked unconscious by her low life estranged husband and kidnapped. He will hold her captive, bound and tapegagged. As I never caught the original I don't know how long the storyline will play out. |

| Maximum Penalty A really bad almost shot on VHS actioner about a lone hero trying to rescue kidnapped jurors or something. The picture quality sucks, but reasonably well-lit. At 58:14, We see a mature woman (with a putz) with her hands tied in front. The Hero and lead damsel is in back with their hands tied (implied in back). I swear her wrists kept coming in frame as she scooches closer to hero. At 1:17:23, the damsel (Kelly McGinnis) is presented before the hero after she was kidnapped yet again. Her hands are implied tied behind and she is now cleave gagged (tightly). At1:18:49, we get a gorgeous shot of her struggling chewing on her gag with her 80's perm. A cutie from that era. Acid Bath A really badly shot movie (like VHS quality), using every camcorder trick in the book for cuts and fadeaways. At 1:07:49 Annette Martinez (I think) is kidnapped and thrown in a trunk. At 1:08:28, she can be seen on the floor in a close up (not sure how her hands are bound) with a tape gag. At 1:09:04, she is rescued by her young friend (Sue Nami) and she slowly unpeels the well stuck duct tape gag ever so gingerly. Really sexy that is on so good. Seek out and enjoy. |

| I'm of an age where the glory days of 70's TV held my rapt attention. There are lots of urban myths and rumours about casting for some of the old shows, even guest roles. I read somewhere that Cheryl Ladd was up for the Lynne Marta role for the classsic episode of The Rookies. How awesome would that have been? Also read that MaryAnn Mobley almost got Batgirl and the Girl from UNCLE. Again, that would have been nice to see although I like the scenes as cast. Anyone else know of or heard of missed opportunities due to casting decisions? |

Speaking of her, I finally cracked open her Target Edition Speak Now World Tour Live concert dvd. That edition has a behind the scenes of the "Mean" video (where she was "theatrically" tied to the tracks). A lot of great well-lit angles to be seen. Its probably on online now. |

| There are so many TV shows these days! The networks seem to be airing their TV shows like a baseball pitching staff: they always have a bunch working out in the bullpen waiting to come on in relief in the middle of the season. That does not even include the new "summer season" shows. With all these TV shows in production, you would think that there would be more damsel in distress bondage scenes. Do you think it is causing more scenes, causing less scenes, or having no difference? |

There's probably as much as there's ever been, or seemingly more due to other countries having their own "lookouts" in our community to alert us (the Turkish scenes, East Asian lakorns, South American telenovelas, etc.) With that said, when it comes to North American ones, I'd settle for far less of them if it meant more quality & uniqueness to the scenes, rather than Criminal Minds churning out weekly torture porn with new ways to torment & mutilate B&G women. German scenes I'll never get bored of, though. Almost always something interesting in those, whether it's a surprisingly effective gag or a damsel wearing a gratuitously skimpy outfit. |
