"In Harm's Way" (1965) Movie
Paula Prentiss wearing a World War II navy uniform is tightly hand-gagged in a cave under a cliff by a Japanese sailor while her navy boyfriend looks for her.
She plays "Bev McConnell".
VERY SHORT scene!
Movie stars John Wayne and Kirk Douglas.

Whatever the hell movie you think you were watching, it was NOT *In Harm's Way.*

I suspect "mrpersonality" is "mrtroll."

I think the movie being referred to is "The Horizontal Lieutenant" with Jim Hutton. IIRC the scene occurs near the end of the movie.

Re: "The Horizontal Lieutenant" (1962) Movie
First of all, Van is CORRECT~
the movie was NOT "In Harm's Way" but the 1962 movie
"The Horizontal Lieutenant" WITH Paula Prentiss!
Secondly, I have "NO" idea WHO "mr.troll" is/was!
O.K.: I was WRONG about the movie and THOUGH-so and kept SEARCHING for the "answer" and when I FOUND it, I had already been "shat" on!
GROW-UP! I was NOT trying to "sabotage" this web-site,
only to provide a listing that I recently RE-DISCOVERED
and saw was NOT listed HERE (or "ANY" place else)!
Paula Prentiss is a navy nurse lieutenant "Molly Blue" and the hand-gagging is as I stated.
Other comments: she wears both the khaki uniform (unbuttoned down to the THIRD button)and the standard white uniform.
In the TRAILER on the TCM (Turner Classic Movies) web-site
there is the START of the hand-gag scene where the Japanese sailor is JUST about-to handgag her and pull her backwards into his cave!
I have JUST ordered the [CORRECT] d.v.d.!
Please DELETE my previous INCORRECT entry!
Respectfully Submitted,

Happy Anniversary
Happy Anniversary, Brian, and thanks again for creating and maintaining this fantastic Website! Congratulations on your unprecedented achievement, creating a forum on which people who share a common interest that isn't always socially acceptable can voice their opinions and impart useful information. The voluminous Scene Database, a compilation of bondage scenes in mainstream media, is an invaluable resource which I have used on numerous occasions and to which I have made many contributions. The Video Page is an excellent source of entertainment, and the VCR Alerts page is extremely useful.
Thanks again for all you've done!

Just saw a Disney promo for tonight with Selena Gomez doing a Wizards of Waverly Place special with two Alexs battling each other. Might lead to something with the old double angle. 8 p.m. on Disney. Pretty sure thisis all new.

Happy Birthday
Thank you for all of the hard work you put into keeping this site up. As another poster stated, it is a very important outlet for folks in our community. It's not always socially acceptable, and may be uncomfortable for some, but we have what you have given us, here, to come together as a community and share information.

Thank you doesn't quite seem like enough. But please know just how thankful that we are.

Happy anniversary
Yes, once again we come around. On March 15, 1997 this site was opened to the public with a message posted to usenet:

I have started up a page dedicated to discussion on the topic of bondage scenes from mainstream media. The page doesn't have a lot to it yet (I only worked on it for a few hours so far), but it does have forums for posting about trades, VCR alerts, and general discussion.

As always, it's happy anniversary to everyone because YOU make this page what it is.

Well you predated Mark Zuckerberg by at least a decade,
too bad you couldn't find a way to get rich off it.
But for all I know you already may be rich. Anyway,
thanks for the internet dive bar hangout we all know
and enjoy.
