| According to cable TV listing, movie The Most Dangerous Man Alive is "premiering" this week on TCM. May be the case, I don't recall ever seeing it on TV. Details on Alert page. BTW, I recall the scenes being BETTER than what is described on Database entry... maybe MUCH better even. |

"Gangster Party" This is another awful urban movie about this elite witness protection agent trying to prevent three drug lords from having a gangster party together. He gets captured with his beautiful blond witness, Karyn played by actress Alicia Horban (Alicia Horton on the DVD box). At first, he manages to get hancuffed in back with a pillowcase over her head and about to get executed, then her and the agent are stashed in some closet still handcuffed behind their backs. Luckily, they are then moved in an SUV, still handcuffed, but now OTM gagged. He does all the mmmppphhing though, but she gets some great reaction shots in making it worthwile even when her gag continuity goes to hell (the pattern changes now and then). A personal note: Not a big putz fan, but this scene works pretty well considering she actually acts better while gagged and has a cute line at the end when she is uncuffed by the hero putz, "You must have through some intensive training to be tied up with a gag in your mouth and watch some guys shoot each other up" with a grin. Highly recommended! |

| A violent Latin gang war version of "Romeo & Juliet" snuck by you guys in 2002. It was called "Barrio Wars". It's your typical two young lovers from rival gangs stuff, but this one had a graphic home invasion for the "Juliet" character near the beginning. Angelina (played by Luchana Gatica) has her friend Delfina (Chantelle Tibbs) over while planning for her 21st birthday party (which also takes place at Halloween). Golden masked men break in and subdue her putz dad and eventually restrain the girls when they investigate the ruckus. Luckily, this DVD was severely cropped so we don't get to see much of the dad during this ordeal as the "pan & scan" mode seemed to favor the two cute young women wearing short shorts and knee-high boots. They are shown duct being taped up, hands in front and ankles taped, with duct tape strips are applied to their lips soon after (off camera I think). Some quick shots of of squirming on the sofa where they sit, as their captors taunt them. When they are rescued, they both are shown being ungagged and untaped. Angelina decides to go ahead with her birthday party despite all of this too. She's quite a trooper. LOL More to come... |

Not that the account is inaccurate, but the length of the scene(s) if nothing else makes it one of my top ten DiD movies. (That, plus Paget is so lovely.) IIRC there's a scene with a guy in a car where suddenly her bound face rises up - loved it. Plus, you think another woman will free her, but she just enjoys her being a prisoner. Real good stuff. |

Lori plays teen detective Linda Craig. She is captured by bad guys, her wrists are tied with rope behind back, ankles bound and there's rope also around her chest. Lots of struggling scenes, but no gag. |

I was about to mention "Edge of Night" - one of the cruelest teases ever in that despite Lori Loughlin playing the resident damsel in distress on the show from 1980-1983, Jody Travis, an aspiring dancer, regularly clad in leotards as she rehearsed, who at nights, worked at a bar where she wore a sparkly tube top and hot pants. Jody was kidnapped or taken hostage it seemed 2-3 times a year, but she never (to my memory) got so much as tied up, let alone gagged. She did get a nice chloroform scene from Willie Aames, literally the month before she left the show, so just under the wire. |

I've never heard of this tv series so I assume it was very short lived. Has anyone seen her in that series or have caps from it? |
