I'm surprised it ever aired in the first place. Anthony Edwards in the lead role, seriously? Considering the trend of both film and broadcast of the last 15 years or so did they really think a non-descript bald man in his 40's without an even approaching Bruce Willis track record is going to carry a show that was a lame ripoff of a Dan Brown novel/film? How did this make it over "Wonder Woman" that didn't even get one airing (although the pilot is 'out there' for dl'ing)?

Have to admit I enjoyed seeing the damsel bound in every episode however brief (despite the idea of her held hostage completely implausible going thru airport security). I was actually wondering if she was going to set a record for the most diverse amount of bondage in a TV show or film (tape, zip ties, rope, cuffs, chloro, drugged, etc). Oh well, at least that show dynamic held potential. I hope she and the fed appear in other shows in the future (in more believable roles).

I've been waiting since seeing her on "Dirty (something) money" where she played a spoiled daughter of a wealthy family but that was cancelled. On this show it seems the sociopath wants her alive and unhurt plus the creepy guy is infatuated with her; I doubt she'll get a decent scene now unless she gets captured by another follower who doesn't care if she lives or dies.

Besides her I'm also hoping for Annie Parisse (the fed) to get a scene, seems like this show is the only chance since they unfortunately killed off her character on "Person of Interest". I was hoping Amy Acker would get her hands on her for an interesting scene. Seems like most of the hot women on "Person of Interest" are psycho, lol.

Re: The Following
Annie Parisse previously had a scene on a Law & Order episode (Invaders), where she's very briefly gagged onscreen with silver duct tape and her battered body found afterwards. I'm hoping she gets a much better scene in The Following and one where she survives, too.

Why everyone talks about a scene with Annie Parisse. No one hope like me about a scene with the cute Valorie Curry ??

Annie Parisse
Annie Parisse had one other short scene that showed up on these pages a few years ago. It was for some kind of short on of the networks were doing in-between soap operas if I remember correctly. That may be off however.

Anyway, she has a very nice over the mouth gag. It's by far the best scene she's done that I know of.

If anyone knows of this scene, please post.

Anna Hutchinson
I saw very early that Anna Hutchinson was going to have a scene at some point on the Starz series Spartcus: War of the Damned. I have been watching the show intently for the scene, and it looks like it will finally air next Friday. From the looks of last night preview for next weeks new episode she will be cleave gagged, not quite sure what type of bondage but from the two different previews I have seen the scene could be lengthy. The shows airs on Starz on Friday nights at 9 central time but it re-runs practically the remainder of the night.

No, I doubt anyone is surprised. And I think most of the scenes of interest for us have already aired, so I'm not broken up about it. That Addison Timlin is a cutie though.

Zero Hour cancellation and its future
About the only person I can think that might be surprised is Chris Hardwick of "Nerdist" fame since he gushed over how COOL and AWESOME the show was during his Anthony Edwards interview a couple months back.

But, to the topic at hand: All thirteen episodes are in the can so it's probable the entire series will appear somewhere in the Disney family of networks, ABC Family being the most likely. Or they will show on Netfix as part of the deal they have with the mouse. So, if there are any more scenes I would bet they'll surface eventually.

Thanks for the heads up. She's a babe, and I hope she gets a lengthy scene. For the sake of the search function, I'm just going to add a spelling-related note: her name is Anna Hutchison (no N), and obviously the show is Spartacus. Thanks again.

Sorry for the delay in answering. The updated VAN's FiCTiON story page with the *Oh, The Humanities!* epilogue link *was* posted before I posted the update notice, so... maybe your browser needed refreshing? That's all I can think of.

I can hardly think of a show that fell so short of its breathless over-hype.

The show with the dweeby "leading man" went from a Hero to a Zero in no time flat.

Thanks for the info fellas; I'm hoping she has something good coming up before her best years are behind her. I remember first seeing her on "Rubicon"; was a good show but moved too damn slow which is why I think it got cancelled.

There was an even cuter brunette on that show playing an analyst but it seemed she was written out of the show towards the end of the first season.

Just two putzes, which may be a record for broadcast? Not that we care...

This show is even more awful than "Zzzzero hour" to sit thru but it's nice to see Stacey Farber pop up unexpectedly. Can't get enough of "Degrassi" alumni appearing on shows with potential; I think the only other one that made it to mainstream was that Dobrev chick on "Vampire Diaries".

Next episode includes 'Jake finds himself juggling multiple cases while looking into attempts made on the life of his ex-girlfriend'

Looks like we'll get a pair of minor (as in very light ties and possibly no gags) scenes next week, presuming the show doesn't get pulled first. There's a scene from the show-within-a-show where a brunette damsel has her hands tied to a steering wheel, then the car she's in is hit by a train. Apparently some followers of the show-within-a-show kidnap a blond chick (with a handgag at least) and replicate the scene. No "actual" gags in the promo I saw, unfortunately.

Still hoping this somehow survives long enough for new scenes from Alona Tal and Jessica Lucas, but I don't know if even CW will keep something this bad.

Family Weeked/Kristin Chenoweth recap
I am a Kristin Chenoweth fan and never thought she'd get the treatment. I rented "Family Weekend" on-demand yesterday and here is a recap.

The 1st gag scene occurs shortly after she is tied up, and the daughter threatens "to get the tape". You don't see the tape applied, though. Of course, in classic DID style, the maid arrives, so the daughter wheels her to a closet - this is when we get decent tight medium/closeup shots of her face. Definitely some freeze-frame worthy moments here.

There is decent, real gag-talk, not the fake "mmm mmm" crap, but legitimate attempts at speech, and the tape is applied tight - with KC's lips visible underneath.

The daughter sprays KC's gagged face with some sort of chemical to further calm her, and this causes her face to freeze.

The 1st scene lasts a few minutes, the 2nd scene towards the end is short and not worthwhile.

KC is wearing black pants with stiletto-type heals, and her feet are bound with pink rope - no closeup shots of her feet, only brief long shots.

So, in summary, the whole thing offers only one small block of interest. Good to know.

My intention was not to jump on the poster, I simply wanted to know in what context they knew, ie saw a script, a trailer, a photo, etc. Mila Kunis is my all time wish-list, so even a hand gag grabs my attention.
