| Paging through the latest "Previews," (the comic book shop advance solicitation mag) there was one item that really stood out. The cover for "Cavewoman: Oasis #1, Bud Root Special Edition" has the titular heroine in a chain and rope hogtie while also chained/roped to the bottom of a suspended log. (And not looking especially concerned about the situation.) Root's women come with Dolly Parton tops and Jennifer Lopez bottoms, which really doesn't make for my particular cuppa. But I have to say this is one of the sweetest comic book covers I've seen for quite awhile. Will be from Amryl Entertainment in 2 or so months; don't see it posted online anywhere yet. Unfortunately this particular one will be a "limited edition" and the price is listed as "Please Inquire" which usually translates into "way too much $." |

| Hey all, Good possibility for a scene this week; CSI and CSI:NY are doing a crossover episode in which Mac's girlfriend (Megan Dodds) gets kidnapped. Nothing shown in the short promo online. In Canada, CSI airs Wednesday night and CSI:NY airs Friday night. Not sure if it's the same in the US. |
