The next time you take issue with my viewpoint on a DB matter, be adult enough to come over here and address it directly and civilly ... instead of making snark over at Discussion.
This also goes for Hadji or anyone else you feel compelled to diss. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're capable of this ... time will tell. |

From Notes Around Time of Entry: Incorrect about Brian R..."The Engineer" warned: "Wow, I should never complain about how dumb an entry is, someone can always top it! I may have to start cluesticking some people by blocking IP addrs from really annoying entries." (Keep in mind, only a couple weeks previous had warned aware of Frank Oz is the Pig Puppet) ______________ Record number: 9124 Title: Muppet Show Medium: TV Series Actress: Miss Piggy Description: Episode: 3- Jean Stapleton Miss Piggy is hampered by the presence of a rising young star Annie Sue who is also a pig. When Annie Sue gets last minute stage fright, Miss Piggy voluteers to take her place in a special sketch that Kermit meant for Annie Sue. Piggy pigs her way into the starring role. She soon finds out it's a remake of the ole melodrama Tied to the Railroad tracks by a Villan who she won't marry. She calls out for her hero who turns out to be Wayne. The Villan and Wayne discover they were both in the same Scout troup. Wayne corrects the error of a knot, and says "There, she'll never get out of that". They both leave, and Miss Piggy becomes Irate, and pulls up the track she's still tied to. She says, "Where's that FROG!" Kermit tries to makeup for the messup by apologizing to her, but she hits him with the loose track she's still tied to twice. She exits saying, "Apology accepted. I found this on an old tape I was watching, and thought everyone would get a laugh watching it again. ________________________ I'd made reference again that aware, willing to let it go. More interested to see if legit poster whom unaware of how these entries lined up for the Search? Or a young fella having fun? Brian R then replied: "Ummm, I deleted this. I do require the entries reference humans." Didn't get any of the usual complaints sent my way about the Delete, as normally do with legitimate contributors. Felt should wait on it. |

If we're referencing homo sapiens sapiens exclusively, there's a number of catgrrls, etc. they need to be asked politely to leave. I wouldn't like to see that occur. > Didn't get any of the usual complaints sent my way about > the Delete, as normally do with legitimate contributors. Felt should wait on it. > Again, the only point I'm pushing with respect to matters Muppet is that a male voicer has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the entry, as long as the character's truly female. Brian's signed off on that. As I've tried to make clear previously, if it's simply a case of being sufficiently suspicious of the information provided to warrant denial of its entry visa, that's SOP and perfectly understandable. Apples and oranges. |

Posting what several others here have posted (pretty much word for word) and adding "I can't argue with that"? Yeah, I guess I'm an ass in that case. I guess everyone who disagrees with having Miss Piggy or a hogtied fish in the db is an ass. Oh wait. Let's scroll up a couple posts. I wonder if I will get more threatening emails from that mysterious email address like I did last time... |

Friday December 31 12:16:14 2004 Let's ramp it down |
Once again, nothing is likely to be achieved through escalating insults. Step back, grab a breath, start over.
Then let's calmly review any perceived issues with the database rules, and I'll rule as necessary to clarify them, although I personally see much of a need. |

Brian, check that link that Jay provided from back in November ... he was pissing on everyone within, well, pissing distance. Including you. But while dealing with this sort of shit can be rather satisfying, even educational, it's still annoying and time-consuming. I'm more than happy to move on to pastures new ... if he is. |

You don't want me to start counting the times people have been involved in pissing contests. When I say, "Let's step back", I don't mean it like "Let's play kickball after supper if you don't have anything else to do." I mean, "Step back, NOW." |
