Before the B&G scene, she's grabbed and handgagged when she stumbles onto two villains about to kill a patient.

Also, he doesn't tear off her gag when she tries to run away. Rather,

She jumps out of the wagon when it comes to a stop and tries to run away down the road, still B&G. One of the villains makes a lasso and nabs her with it. He pulls her back to him and then she pulls off her gag when he grabs and threatens her.

I think it is a 'Short Film' and probably regarded as 'underground cinema' so it may not be listed with mainstream films. I have not tried searches on the Director to see if anything comes up.
Incredibly it was only 'discovered' because of incompetence in setting a recorder and not getting the channel intended late at night. Then recognised the title when it was repeated.

Well, if it was broadcast, I suppose would qualify as mainstream - looks good on DVD anyway, so others probably
wouldn't object TOO much.
Snagged a good 'un' on THAT! one Joe

Sounds a lot like this one. I recall it being pretty
early in the run:

4. Blindside
gs: Garwin Sanford (Ed Calhoun) Doug Abrams (Tom Rutter) Lon Katzmann (Waters) Domenico Fiore (Dominic Bertino) Bill Pepperal (Jake Epple) Gregory Togal (Willie Haddon) Beverley Elliott (Sally Duffield)

Two friends from Jack's Texas Rangers days come to Bordertown on their way to Canada to sell their merchandise. Marie disappears when her patient is murdered, and the evidence points to Jack's friends.

Appreciated Buddy,

but

Les Deux font la loi, Ep: "Quand les rêves meurent."
"Deux hommes s'offrent pour libérer le mari emprisonné d'une femme."

Bordertown, ep: "When Dreams Die" (1.15)?
======================

Ep: "Les Chaînes du passé"
"Une ancienne esclave se venge de son épreuve."

Ep: "Slave" (1.13)?
=============

Ep: "Un drôle de cow-boy"
"Un cow-boy se révèle une femme accusée de meurtre."

Ep: "One of the Boys" (1.14)?
==========================

Don't look good for "Blindside"

Thanx all the same

Yep, air on TV as a movie, or short film okay.
It the doc shows like SexTV we keep over on the Anything Goes Page.

Airing on TV why Bad Habits allowed in there.
Is very close to something recall you considered doing after 5 pints once, huh? ;)

I am giving up
I have posted correction to DB 7715 Women in Cell Block 9 over and over and my post won't show up. I am adding name of actresses and scenes descriptions. Did you get it? Why is it that the posting won't show? I have submitted previously several corrections in the past. First time this is happening.
