I believe the actress, who also had a good handgag scene, was Dolores Faith, playing the ill-fated Lorelei Lancer.
Pictures of Ms Faith on the Net are very small, but show a wide-eyed brunette who appears to be the same person. |

As her character was murdered for having discovered too much, I assume the DiD scene was also present, though since the TV version has never been shown this side of the Pond, I can't be certain. |

Mind you, it was a long time ago. The handgag sequence was well done, with plenty of struggling. Lorelei wore a dark blue nurse-style dress with white piping on the lapels. A frame from this scene is currently the home page picture at the Yahoo group Damsels in Distress. |
