[4854] One Of Our Spies Is Missing (1966)
I believe the actress, who also had a good handgag scene, was Dolores Faith, playing the ill-fated Lorelei Lancer.

Pictures of Ms Faith on the Net are very small, but show a wide-eyed brunette who appears to be the same person.

Further to the above, the original TV ep, expanded into the movie, was "The Bridge of Lions Affair, Part 1."

Did that also have the scene? We normally list both in
that case.

According to the IMDb, Ms Faith, something of a B-movie regular, was in the TV ep. As her character was murdered for having discovered too much, I assume the DiD scene was also present, though since the TV version has never been shown this side of the Pond, I can't be certain.

In at least one airing of the movie, on TNT (IIRC), there was only a handgag at around the 22' mark. Check your copy of Marburger's for his take on the matter.

I noted the tape gag reference in the DB, but I don't remember seeing one. Mind you, it was a long time ago. The handgag sequence was well done, with plenty of struggling.
Lorelei wore a dark blue nurse-style dress with white piping on the lapels.

A frame from this scene is currently the home page picture at the Yahoo group Damsels in Distress.
