Wearing a skirt, she's tied with her hands behind her back around a coat rack, with bound ankles and a nice blue cleave gag to complete the scene. Her assailant places a pillow under her knees, then leaves her to struggle. He leaves her there while he travels around the city, trying to contact some of his buddies (looking for a solution to the little problem that the police are chasing him). After this proves futile, he comes back and unties her - just in time for her to answer the doorbell and cover for him by lying to the police. The entire thing lasts only a minute or so, but it's a very good minute, featuring some of the best closeups I've been fortunate enough to see. |

Record number: 16860 Title: Hidden Away (2013) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Elisabeth Röhm aka Elisabeth Rohm; Allie Gonino Description: Typical made-for-tv movie, with a wife being pursued by the abusive husband that she has left behind. In this case, Elisabeth is working for the runaway wife, and becomes the target after finding out the wife’s backstory, and being given some evidence which the husband wants. At 1:20 into the movie (including commercials), the husband ambushes real estate agent Elisabeth at an open house, and takes her out to an abandoned mine in a national park in the hatch of his car. The scene ends as he opens the hatch to look at her in the car. She is wearing a gray skirt suit and boots, and is gagged with duct tape. Her wrists are tied in front of her (loosely). We do not see her again until 1:34, when the husband returns to the mine, and we see that he has left her sitting inside, still tied and gagged the same way. The scene goes to black as he moves in on her menacingly. At 1:41, Allie, who has just discovered her father-the killer, is alive, realizes that he is also a crazy psychopath who has attacked her mom’s fiancée and is planning on killing him. Allie and the fiancée are both taken to the mine, and tied in the same manner as Elisabeth had been – wrists front, ankles tied, duct tape gagged. Allie’s gag is peeled off for a brief conversation, but is replaced when she starts screaming at the nutcase. The runaway wife shows up with a ransom to save Allie, but also has a can of pepper spray which is used on the psycho’s face. While he is screaming in pain, the wife frees Allie and they run off – finding the still gagged corpse of Elisabeth while running through the cave. Good points: Lots of close-ups on the two actresses, and some of the shots show the tape nicely pressed over lips – especially Allie’s. Not-so-good points: Wrists so loosely tied in front of them that even if they weren’t trying to escape, the ropes would have fallen off if they breathed too hard. |

Record number: 16987 Title: Foreclosed (2013) Medium: TV Series Actress: Alex Frnka; Marlee Martin Description: At 1:18 into the movie, Alex opens her front door for a psycho, and gets tased. After a brief cut-away, we come back to find her seated on the kitchen floor, hands tied behind her back, and gagged with a thick black cloth cleave. She watches as the psycho builds a bomb on the kitchen table. At 1:26, Alex has been moved to the basement, her gag has been removed and she is now secured with her wrists in front of her, and her ankles taped. The psycho torments her by calling her mom (Marlee) and letting Alex listen to the threats. At 1:40, Marlee joins Alex in the cellar. Alex is still on taped up on the floor, but Marlee is taped into the office chair – wrists to armrests, legs taped together from ankles to knees. When the psycho leaves them alone, Marlee manages to get to a pair of scissors, and eventually cuts herself and Alex free. |
