Record number: 2544 Title: Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993) Medium: TV Series Actress: Teri Hatcher Description: Episode: "Sex, Lies and Videotape" (4.13) When a gossip reporter catches Lois and Superman sharing an intimate moment, her photographs cause everyone to believe Lois is having an illicit affair behind Clark's back. Lois frantically searches for the mastermind behind the plot, before Clark is forced to reveal his secret identity. Lois is grabbed by the villain at around the 50' mark, gassed, and when next we see her she's chained up on a bed, hands in front, and tapegagged. A bomb keeps her company. Superman arrives, and a round of charades ensues in which Lois attempts to explain the situation to him, at one point bringing her hands up to her lips. (You may think this a forehead slapper, but upon viewing it this morning, I think this was done deliberately for comedic purposes, and was not an unintentional lapse in bondage logic. YMMV.) She's rescued, Supey saves the day, etc. etc. |

| @12:35am CITY Record number: 2288 Title: Total Recall (1990) Medium: Movie Actress: Sharon Stone, Rachel Ticotin Description: Stone makes a suggestive gesture with the straps of her aerobics dress and asks Arnie to tie her up, but he doesn't. Towards the end of the film, Ms. Ticotin's hands are restrained in front of her with high-tech handcuffs. She's wearing brown suede thigh-high boots with cavalier cuffs. The low-heeled boots are worn over tight pants. Later, during the climax, Ticotin is manacled to the chair while attired in the same outfit. Unfortunately, Arnold is also in both of Ms. Ticotin's manacled scenes. @10:00am ShowC Record number: 2875 Title: Counterstrike Medium: TV Series Actress: Cyrielle Claire Description: Episode: "Cinema Verite" (1.19) After being caught out by the bad guys, she's next seen in a crate hands tied behind her, feet tied and gagged with a black cleave. Crate is then covered and nailed shut. Some mmmmphing but her outfit is as unsexy as you can get (possibly some sort of unbecoming ski suit). @3:00pm ShowC Record number: 6468 Title: Water Rats Medium: TV Series Actress: Toni Scanlan Description: Episode: "High Roller" (6.2) Roughly 40 to 45 mins into the episode, Toni is hauled into a blue van. She's bound hands behind her back and ankles together as well as blindfolded and gagged with black tape. Her wrists are then bound in front, the tape blindfold is removed and she is dragged through a park. @6:00pm ShowC Record number: 926 Title: F/X, The Series Medium: TV Series Actress: Leelee Sobieski Description: Episode: "Thin Air" aka "Evil Eye" (2.15) This cute teenager is kidnapped by some bad guy (nice handgag) and taken to an old bank vault. He binds her ankles together and her wrists to the chair arms, but doesn't gag her -- she's in a vault, after all. There is a small hole in the door that allows air to be pumped in by a generator. After the alloted time period, the air will run out, hence, "Thin Air" The lass manages to slip out of her ropes fairly quickly, but remains trapped in the vault. @6:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 1934 Title: Lost World, The Medium: TV Series Actress: Rachel Blakely, Jennifer O'Dell Description: Episode: "Unnatural Selection" (1.13) Rachel is bound. You actually get to see a piece of restraint (in this case rope) tied around her wrists. Jennifer O'Dell only has a lame cage scene without any restraints. @10:00pm ShowC Record number: 4853 Title: Dark Room, The (1999) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Dervla Kirwan, Charlie Fane Description: Lovely Irish actress Kirwan is tied to some railings in a church. Later, she is seen cleave gagged in trunk of a car in a very short scene, wearing a wig. Then she is dragged up a flight of steps with her hands tied behind her and a noose around her neck. She wears a mini skirt and boots in this scene. Charlie is bound hands in front, no gag. |

Record number: 617 Title: The Black Swan (1942) Medium: Movie Actress: Maureen O'Hara, two unknown Description: Two young women in nightgowns are seized during a pirate raid on their town at the beginning of this film. They are carried bound across the pirates' shoulders. At the shore they are deposited on the beach where they are laid on their backs among the loot. They struggle and one refuses to drink wine. They are rescued. Later, Maureen O'Hara is abducted by a pirate suitor. She is forced into a carriage while gagged with her own shawl. From the position of her arms it seems they are bound and her legs probably are too. In the final sequence, after she is forced to masquerade as her abductor's wife, another pirate seizes her as a hostage. Since she is seized from bed, she is wearing a nightgown. She is tied in a cabin with her hands behind her, her bindings also being fastened to some piece of furniture. She struggles mightily. |
