All of a sudden we see him taking a bunch of bondage photographs where the damsel is gagged with tape, her wrists apparently tied behind her back. (that's all we ever see of her, or the bondage). Later, C.D. gets a card which says, "Congratulations". He opens the card and sees a photograph of our blonde beauty bound and gagged. Episode has to do with C.D.'s induction into the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame. He has had only one unsolved case in his career Starts near the beginning and ends by the 15' mark. |

The problem for the bad guys is that he's not dead, as evidenced by his showing up to rescue her by cutting the ropes around her wrists and ankles with his sword. Some 20 minutes later the climactic battle takes place aboard a slave-rowed ship, after Lombard has been pulled up off the deck by her wrists-which have been bound with a rope attached to an overhead pulley-and dunked over the side. |

Record number: 1769 Title: Jupiter's Darling (1955) Medium: Movie Actress: Esther Williams, Marge Champion Description: The plots of Esther Williams' movies defy description, but here goes: Hannibal captures the lovely Amytis (Williams) outside the gates of Rome and stops the battle to romance her, or something like that. First Hannibal (Howard Keel) captures the red-haired Amytis binding her wrists behind her back and silencing her with a two piece gag, and escapes from attacking Roman soldiers with the mewing Williams seated in the back of his chariot. Later Amytis and her blonde slave girl (Williams) are chained in a tent, the latter sitting disconcertedly on a pillar. In another scene, Amytis is dragged into Hannibal's tent with her arms bound behind her back in order to beg for her life. The script (fashioned by Dorothy Kingsley) includes these two priceless lines: "Chain me up again!" and "I'll deliver you to your lover and throw you at his feet, bound and gagged." |
