She was a regular on the show, and according to IMDB appeared in 423 episodes of various incarnations of the series. That's alot of inane 70s kitsch to endure for what looks like a quick joke. |

Interesting that the director of this has had full treatment scenes in earlier films; there was no real need for such scenes in the absurdist Lobster film so he may simply have a penchant for DiD action which bodes well for Nicole Kidman & Co. in this new film. Certain directors seem to feature DiD's more often than not e.g. Argentinian Adrian Garcia Bogliano, director of Penumbra & Scherzo Diabolico. Look forward to every new Bogliano film as the chance for DiD action is better than average. John Dahl director of Joyride had similar form in films, he went on to direct tv shows including Dexter which featured DiD's galore. Being a successful film director is certainly one way to legitimately indulge "our" interests :) |

You could add Rob Zombie to the list of DiD-friendly directors. Always look forward to anything new he directs too |

Film is out in most cities in France (heaven for arthouse cinephiles) since yesterday. I will be there in a few days, but French members should be able to tell us if there is something there. Don't make us wait les amis!!!! There should be tape restraints, it has been confirmed. And the fact that we have not heard about this before is because this is the ending of a suspenseful movie (wikipedia gives us hope by revealing the "taping" situation), but spoils completely the suspense! But let's not be too enthusiastic about this : there is still the possibility of a lame, short, poorly filmed situation. The idea is that the father has agreed to shoot one member of his family randomly. The summary tells us faces of wife and daughter are hidden to him behind a pillow (another version: a wool cap pulled down). The very fact that he has to tie them up before doing this random shooting implies they are not willing victims, so he should gag them as well (before hiding their faces). Right? I really hope we will be treated with another gag for Nicole Kidman. In spite of two good scenes in the past, she has been constantly missing the predicament in movies with great bondage potential (Trespass; Before I go to Sleep…) My deep wish is that, taking into account the fact that Yorgos Lanthimos is considered – or considers himself – as the new Haneke, we may have a realistic, tight wraparound gag à la Funny Games US. |

If Nicole & daughter get tight tape wraparounds that'd just be Fantastico huh? As for directors with DiD penchants always thought it was a shame the directors of Endure and The Disappearance Of Alice Creed haven't really done much since as both films to me are a visual love-letter to the damsel in distress; note the realistic bonds and gags and the fact that without help neither damsel would've escaped her thorough bondage. At least with Creed we got some(and hopefully more)regional remakes... |

Damsels really sell how tightly they were B&G |

Seeing as Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts are great friends from way back it would be awesome if Nic received a large tape wraparound similar to Naomi's in Funny Games. Then again always wanted to see Nic with a really tight cleave. And Naomi too. Both ladies are agelessly beautiful so any new scene for either is most welcome :) |
Thursday November 02 09:32:59 2017 Cassie Jaye |
In The Red Pill documentary directed by the very attractive Cassie Jaye there is a scene early on when she describes how being a young blonde in Hollywood was. Then it shows her behind the scenes of an unknown film with a cleave gag in her mouth. Documentary is on amazon prime, great film that I recommend but does anyone know which film she is tied and gagged in? I think it was set in a barn. Thanks |

I'd say it's a slim possibility. Maybe a brief shot if Nicole is even gagged at all but sounds like she'll have a pillowcase over her head for the bulk of the scene which will be rather frustrating I should think. Guess we'll find out soon |

When Robin Dearden is first placed by the bomb a crash helmet is put on over her head covering the ends of the tape over her mouth, but later when she is in KITT you can see the tape has been put on after the helmet |

But the best of the lot was the scene with Laura Belli in Italian TV movie Il Vicino di Casa/The Neighbor. |

Kristen Bell is handcuffed and put into a cop car in episode 7 of this You tube Red web series, based on a short clip I found. Not sure if there's anything else in the full episode. She plays the villain, so not likely at least for her. |
