| I skimmed through it and, just like the movie itself, it's a goldmine. Of course, it's a 52-minute featurette about the making of the movie in general, and thus not *all* of it focuses on Olivia DeJonge's beloved DiD scene. However, I was surprised to see that the director talks about her DiD almost right off the bat. He talks about her being so great at acting with duct tape over her mouth, and she says that, when she read the script, she felt "intrigued". There are also some behind-the-scenes shots where you can see how the filmed her scenes, like the crew carrying her while she is taped to the chair or placing cushions on the floor so she can land on them when she tips the chair over. It's like a "movie DiD scene tutorial". I'll talk to Raffish over at the Video Page about editing this little beast. |

| Certainly wouldn't mind seeing Missy get a new scene. I'd like to see her get an onscreen duct tape gagging this time. |

Yeah, I expecting some 6-9 minute thingie, not some almost feature length one. Loved it! (cue the link requests 3… 2… 1…) Top 20 DiD scene of all time, and top Blu Ray behind the scenes do of all-time! I thought little stuff like the cinematographer talking about Bridget Fonda b/g’d in a chair in Single White Female and unpeeling her gag was a hot discussion on the Suspiria DVD doc, but this was beyond anything we could ever expect. |
