Thursday May 12 00:07:06 2011 scene identification? |
Hi, I've been trying for hours now to find an identification on a scene I have on tape somewhere that I have not been able to find in the database. It's a martial arts action film maybe from the late 80s or early 90s, the heroine is a cop or agent or something dressed in black and is caught by the bad guys, she is bound and gagged and she later frees herself and then frees another captive (I don't want to go into more detail in case my memory is wrong she may have been chloroformed and I think is held in a hut or something in the jungle) She is a martial artist in this film, but I couldn't find a good databse of such actresses so I could try and identify the film. any help would be appreciated. thanks |

Two babes, one a martial artist and it does take place in the jungle. However, there's no gag in this scene. Record number: 4421 Title: No Retreat, No Surrender II (1989) aka Karate Tiger 2 aka Raging Thunder Medium: Movie Actress: Cynthia Rothrock, Patra Wanthivanond Description: Ms. Rothrock plays Terry, a cute kick boxer who, as a prisoner of some Vietnam baddies, has her wrists tied behind her back but still kicks some ass in a well-choreographed fight scene. Nguyen (Wanthivanond), the girl friend of one of the heros, rests uncomfortably in a Vietnamese prison with her arms tied overhead and her ankles locked in stocks. In the climatic scene, both Terry and Nguyen are strung up over ye olde pit full of man-eating crocodiles. |

Assume the ropes around her neck go over the chair back then around her torso and come back in front to secure her wrists. Points for using an unusual chair tie method. I don't care how short it is, thanks a bunch for going through the trouble of that site to get these caps. Awesomeness reigns today!!!!! Thrown a bone indeed. |

Thursday May 12 11:25:34 2011 NCIS Pyrimad |
Just speculating. the odds are low that you will get anything with Cote de. if anything happens with her, and if there is a gag it will probably be a 1.5 second look at a grey tape gag that is ripped off quickly. Chances are you might get a handcuff scene, when she wakes up she will spend most of the episode trying to convice this guy he isn't resposible for his actions. My assesment of this is- very long odds of her (Cote de) getting any decent full treatment scene. As for the other lady, I agree she will be the latest victim without any scene. Anyone else have any ideas or scerarios |

Even a 1.5-second scene with a gag is pretty good for an actress who really hasn't had many chances. I'm also hoping Amanda Righetti finally finds some trouble in "The Mentalist" but will likely have to wait another year. |
Thursday May 12 15:28:23 2011 Criminal Mindsr- SB |
Previews for next weeks Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior had a blink shot of a gal cleave gagged. She looked to be laying on her side, but it was very quick and right at the end of the preview. This is, by the way, the NEW version of Criminal Minds that stars Forrest Whittaker that comes on right after the first Criminal Minds. |

Bound hand and foot with tight, well-placed ropes rigged in a manner that makes her completely helpless with no acting required. But it's too short so it's not worth it. > When you whippersnappers get a little older, you'll learn to thank the DiD-goddess when she throws you a bone. Thank you, DiD-goddess!! Thank you!! ~~~~ I gotta agree. And for those of you who've been at a professional shoot where multiple camera angles are involved with two or more actors and dialogue, those "10 or 15 seconds" of screen time may have taken at least 45-60 minutes of shooting time. (Although, since only *one* person had speaking lines in the scene, some of the usual number of re-takes may not have been necessary). According to the screencaps, there were at least three camera angles: * Long shot from Liv Tyler's back. She's clearly topless and tightly bound. However, she may not have been "actually" ball-gagged for the brief long-shot. *Medium shot from the front. *Closeups of her face. In my book, she certainly was a trooper for enduring the rigging plus a tight ball-gag thru both the Medium shots and the Closeups! |

Thursday May 12 19:14:24 2011 Handgagged after gag removal |
I've always enjoyed it when the damsel is immediately handgagged after her gag is removed, usually as a reminder to keep quiet even though her mouth is free. Any scenes like that spring to mind? Thanks! The Distresser |

>>>>Sam wrote: >>>I assume you're aware of her (IMHO > excellent) full treatment scene on Hollyoaks back in 2006: Yes indeedy do. I was very well aware. Nothing posted in HD over there or here escapes my notice. Had to go get a new, larger external hard drive several months ago to handle all these new huge clips, but that's a small price to pay for such excellent quality. I still vividly recall when a herky jerky little clip barely larger than a couple of postage stamps was the norm. Not to sound like an old man here, but these younger guys don't realize how good we have it these days. When there's a scene now, it's usually up in a matter of hours, if not minutes. The next day for sure. And in HQ or even HD. Even better, it's almost impossible for a scene, foreign or domestic to slip by unnoticed. Great stuff. |

The Distresser wrote: > I've always enjoyed it when the damsel is immediately > handgagged after her gag is removed, I like the one with Ann Dowd in "Bushwhacked". Daniel Stern peels the tape from half of her mouth, when she starts to tell him what she thinks of him. He quickly re-applies the tape, then handgags her over her tape-gagged mouth. |

Thursday May 12 22:11:18 2011 NBC rejects Wonder Woman |
According to Entertainment Weekly NBC has rejected the new Wonder Woman show by David E. Kelly due to bad reviews of the pilot. http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/05/12/nbc-rejects-wonder-woman/ This is good and bad news. Bad cause now there won't be any chance of a bound WW. But maybe its for the best if a more fan boy type producer picks it up in the future and respects the campy did and bondage roots of the comic. |

Too bad, was hoping for more Sarah Roemer damsel action...and I see her sister was written out of the script... |

Didn't anyone realize before spending money on a pilot it was just "Bionic Woman (revisited)" as an amazon? They should have given it to the producers of "Lexx" and made it soft porn, now THAT would have been a show to watch. On cable. And you could be sure there would have been scenes. |

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, at least to a degree. I think DC is probably a bit too protective of its "we make serious entertainment" identity these days to do anything too campy with one of its icons -- and no one's ever going to produce anything as bondage-loving as the old-school comics -- but now they can try again in a few years with at least a somewhat more lighthearted, fun take. Kelley's show just sounded like a total mess. |
