| 20 minutes in, Max Guevara (Alba) is seen secured to a hospital bed at the wrists in some nice, secure-looking humane restraints.
When the doctor speaks with her, she isn't struggling, but 24 minutes in, a nurse comes to give her "something to sleep". Turns out the nurse is trying to kill her. She realizes this, struggles for a bit and breaks free. 0:43 in, you see some guy flipping through a file folder in which you see a picture of Max (Alba) restrained to the bed as in the above scene. Blink n' miss. Times without commercials. |

| Max (Alba) is knocked out by one of the followers of a transgenic vampire.
24 minutes in, she is shown standing against a post with her arms cuffed / chained around it. Scene lasts about 3 minutes before the "vampire" just lets her go. Times without commercials. |

Max (Alba) goes in to try and help.She is hand gagged and pulled off screen.Turns out to be Joshua again and nothing comes of it. 0:34 in. Times without commercials. |

| C&P (kill the "fastest unlocking of handcuffs EVER" part because it belongs to a dif. episode, namely 2x20, which I'll edit in a sec.)
------------- 4 minutes in, Max's clone (played by, of course, Alba) is tased (a few time) and cuffed wrists behind. Is manhandled a bit by the bad guy. Seated on a couch in this scene. 8 minutes in, Max's clone is being interrogated by the bad guy. She is seated in a metal chair that has what appears to be big manacles on the sides (vertically, not horizontally) Wearing a white sweater, brown skirt. 27 minutes in, Max is seen in abandoned building or something and is chained to a concrete post. Sitting on the ground. Wrists are behind the back-ish. Lots of chains, some above the breasts. She is released, fights, turns the tables on the clone and adds some chains around the upperbody. Additional scenes at 0:31, 0:34. Times without commercials. |

-------------- 35 minutes in, you see Max (Alba) cuffed arms over head (AOH) and wearing leg irons. The bad guys rips the front of her shirt open and also the back of her shirt is ripped open to expose some new markings that have appeared on her body. She is zapped with an electric cattle prod several times before being rescued. The rescue-er hands her keys to her leg irons and you see her unlocking the leg irons. Wearing jeans and a red top. Her handcuffs come of really, really, really quickly. 38 minutes in, you see a quick shot of a chain gang of several other transgenics, 2 damsels among them being herded into a transport van. All are wearing cuffs, wrists in front. They are also chained together and leg irons. Blink n'miss. |

| Thula (Lita) leads her special Phalanx warrior team in search of Max (Alba) and other hiding transgenics.
Janelle, a pregnant transgenic in labor, has a cloth pulled tightly between her teeth to keep her from being discovered by the Phalanx team - about 6 shots of her like that between 43 and 45 minutes. Its never tied around her head but it is shown being pulled in tight, then another shot shows it being held firmly in place, and finally she is hand gagged over the cloth. 49 minutes in, Logan kicks another female Phalanx warrior (Lori Stewart) through a wall. Janelle (the one in labor) knocks her out with a punch to the face and the two women tending to Janelle cuff her (Lori's) hands behind her back. Short scene. Also 49 minutes in (right after), Max battles Thula and handcuffs her wrists around a column with Thula's own handcuffs. Wrists in front. Several scenes of her cuffed to the column ensue as stuff goes on around her. 52 minutes in, Logan and Alec, disguised as Phalanx soldiers, lead Max and two other transgenics to a waiting police van with their hands cuffed behind. (When Max climbs in the van you can see her bring her hands out from behind her back just before the camera cuts away so part of the scene was faked but the next shot shows her getting the cuffs taken off so some of it was real.) 54 minutes in, the local police enter the building and find Agent White and the Phalanx team heavily taped to a column and tape gagged with red and white packing tape. Lori Stewart has been stripped of her uniform and is in her undies but the somewhat excessive use of tape covers her up quite well from the waist up. From the waist down, she wears nothing. Her ankles are also bound together in front of her. Thula is shown in a separate shot still cuffed to her column but now on her knees and heavily taped to it as well. She is also tape gagged. Local cops mock them, so a lot of angry glares. Times without commercials. |

| Oh, about the "Janelle" thing (the sortofcleavegagged actress)
IMDB cast list for this ep is here. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0554573/ No Janelle in credits. Believe should be "Lorin Heath .... CeCe" So kill "unknown" and toss "Lorin Heath" in. Also - Change "Amy Dumas aka Lita" to just "Amy Dumas" IMDB seems to have this a bit confused or something. |
