Oh yes, recall from notes this a pain in arse before too.
We got this "Finn" character and afew others on which told around some of the scenes,
one in particular based on caps
but haven't found an epguide matching anything going on in this dumb show to sort it.

Hmm... not sure what you're watching this on, but the restraints are easily visible in the clip I have, although it may be a higher res clip than what your source is.
The scene is short, but here's 3 quick image caps (compressed to hell, but even with the noise...) from the scene. I thought the short bit was covered by "glance at her cuffs" (or whatever language I used), but I guess not.
Now, granted, the resolution of these caps exceeds the resolution of your tv by a fair bit, so unless you're watching this scene on a computer screen from a dvd, you probably will be dissapointed.

Jay, feel free to add a "short scene" to the entry if you want, and, no it isn't an awesome scene even if you do watch it in fairly high resolution.

Due South
Record number: 3084

Title: Due South
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Lisa Engelman

Description: Episode: "Body Language" (2.12)

Noted while extensively editing this scene - gag is a stocking, not brown cloth - might be more of interest to those so inclined

[7095] Dark Angel
Scene at about 30 minutes of 55 minute broadcast with adverts.
Perhaps also some typing corrections at end.

============================

Max (Alba) is recaptured by Manta Core. She Is strapped down in a lab with her head clamped in pace and gagged with a blue medical gag which looks like a large orange slice with a breathing tube through it. This is done while they are implanting a genetic virus on her eye with a laser. Brief scene but a lot of great struggling. At about 30 minutes of a 55 minute broadcast with adverts.
