| Maria Conchita Alonso still looking hot in her 40s when she did this STV POC. Not too many women can pull off tight leather pants in their mid-40s, but she wears them well. I'm embarrassed to admit I actually own this DVD and even more embarrassed I paid nearly full price for it. It's around the house somewhere. If I ever locate it, I'll cap the rest of the non-gag scenes. |

| Found this on youtube. Action figures come alive and the villainess is tied up by a spiderman web. She's even web-gagged. Her scene starts around 2:26. In the beginning the girl that lives in the house is shown cleve gag (weak gag) and tied hands in front. |

| Here's the first couple of scenes from UHD's HD transfers of the iconic Charlie's Angels. The quality of the vidcaps came out rather lame and doesn't do it justice. I watched it on my HDTV and the video quality is excellent. They did mess up in a couple areas like cropping picture at the bottom when you convert from 4:3 to 16:9. You can see in the "Angel Hunt" clip where Shelly Hack is first showing B&G they cropped half her face at the bottom of the screen. Also, it looks like they dumped the famous Angels Silhouette fade to commercial in favor of a standard fade to black. You can see it in the "Angels on Skates" clip when the DiD is first shown B&G. They cut a few frames off the end. This will affect a scene in "Marathon Angels" when the villains arrive at their hideout and open the van door revealing their two B&G captives. We won't to have to wait long to find out though. According to their schedule, "Marathon Angels" will air Nov 1st. I can't wait! |

| I never used to find Shelly Hack all that attractive in my youth. It's hard to stand out when your standing next to Farrah Fawcett, Cheryl Ladd and Jacklyn Smith. I guess other fans felt same way as she only lasted one season. Now that I'm older I really appreciate how pretty both she and Kate Jackson were. |

| As you can probably tell by the amount of stuff I posted today, I wasn't at work. Having the day off I also decided to start transferring some of my old VCR tapes to files. At one time, I probably had 200 tapes stored in boxes with various scenes on them. A couple years ago, I burned some of the scenes onto DVD, then selected about 50 of the tapes I felt were keepers and threw the rest away. I got through a grand total of four tapes and that took me almost three hours! What a pain in the a-- linear tape was trying find start and end times. With DVD rippers, you just set start and end times then walk away. With tape I had to sit there and watch three hours of excruciatingly bad TV shows and soaps. On a positive note, I was surprised there wasn't a lot of degradation considering the tapes are 10 years old at least. Most of the stuff is from Over-the-Air broadcasts, analog cable, or stuff I got back in the days when we used to trade tapes on this board. Back in those days, there was no way for us non-video professionals to preserve quality so you sometimes got copies of copies of copies of copies... Some of the stuff looks like crap, but some of it is so rare I decided to go ahead and preserve it anyway. I'll be posting stuff we haven't talked about on this board in years soon including some hard to find scenes like this one: |

Kate still doesn't warm me up much, though she could act. I have to agree with you about Shelly, though. Darn cute, and particularly fetching with her big eyes peering over a gag. As for an 'Angel' of limited tenure, even more limited acting skills, and yet a body that was second to none, Tanya Roberts stay on the show sure would have been more memorable had there been ropes and gags for her. |

| There was some main stream tv show on Sat around 7 or 8 pm that had a cute girl bound and gagged with duct tape. She was in a white van for a while. The tv show would some times show the past kind of like the show 24 did. I did not even take note of what show it was since I figured it would be old news by Sunday here , but I have not seen anything about it yet. Any one else see this scene ? It seemed pretty good. I was with friends so I did not want to seem to interested. LOL |

I'm using the same device (Hauppauge HD-PVR) I use to capture content off my DVR. It has both component and S-VHS inputs. I capture it in transport stream (.ts) then transcode it to .avi. Hundreds? Yikes! I know how that feels looking at a mountain of cassette tapes just gathering dust. That's why I dumped 3/4 of mine. I wasn't even sure if my VCR still worked. |
