Here is one where she is pretty active. The gal in that clip above just sits there. I think most of the time the lady is tied hands in front because it makes it easier for her to be an active participant in the song and dance. You see many clips where the gal is swinging her bound hands around or tapping her feet in rhythm to the song. I have one posted on my blog where she is tied hands behind to a rolling chair and thrown back and forth across the stage while tied like that. Pretty scary for the actress I imagine.

Question for Sam, Madfish and whomever may know
Hey i downloaded the .ts files that madfish uploaded, but i'm getting choppy playback and pauses with vlc, i never had those problems with .mkv files... Aren't your mkv files 1080p as well? Is my PC allergic to .ts files or something? LOL I hear that a program called splash is better thab vlc when it comes to HD playbacl, becase it is specifically made for that purpose and has its own custom codecs... Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks in advance for the tips and the excellent scens you guys are uploading!

The reason you're getting choppy playback with 1080i files is because: 1) they're very system-intensive and older PCs may struggle (especially in the case if these caps, which are H.264 instead of MPEG-2), and 2) they need to be deinterlaced using a bob filter, in order to get rid of those jagged lines.

I don't normally advocate using VLC player (I've always found it clunky and annoying), but for the sake of simplicity download it and go to Video > Deinterlace > Bob whilst playing 1080i material. That way everything should smoothen out.

As for myself, I use MPC with CoreAVC for H.264, and the normal internal bob filter for MPEG-2. That, however, requires some knowledge about setting things up, so I wouldn't recommend it for HD newbies. I won't even begin to start explaining MKV and TS..........

Well i'm trying to play them on my laptop which hardware wise is quite better than my desktop PC but it has Windows Vista on it and i hear they are quite the resource hog... Would it be possible to convert those .ts files to .mkv format that works perfectly on my and most machines? Turns out the .ts files are WAY too HD for my machine! LOL Are they kinda like the flac music files? Every HD download i've senn is in .mkv, this is the first time i encoutered this file type... Can you at least do something about the Misty Blue scenes, please? As you can see video tech is not my forte lol!

The thing with MKV and TS is that they are just container formats. Inside, you have the video stream (for HD, it'll natively be either H.264 or MPEG-2) and the audio stream (commonly AC3, DTS, AAC or MPA). TS is the absolute raw container for any material, whether HD or SD, capped from a broadcast signal.

From there, it's common to extract those streams in order to do any editing, after which they're losslessly put back into a container. The reason MKV is so popular for HD is because it's more flexible than AVI, reduces the filesize slightly from TS, and basically because release group standards have just decided it like that.

Re-encoding 1080i to 720p (as you've asked) can be someone else's job here if they so wish to undertake the task. It's laborious, takes a long time, and results in a loss of quality; however negligible. The original idea with posting raw, uncompressed HD material was exactly for that reason--to watch them raw and uncompressed. For those unable to run those files properly, a better option is to just invest in a new PC and get with the times. :-)

Yes. I've used MPC with the K-Lite codec pack for a while, but it has to be set up in detail for certain stuff to work correctly; hence why it's not always the best option for those who want to jump straight into things. I know VLC and other players have a bunch of codecs built in and ready to go, but for me MPC is more customizable and less clunky; I know it inside and out, and I absolutely swear by it.

I know it's been a long time, but could someone re-post these MPEGs? For some reason, I deleted them when I made the AVI earlier this year, without realising that they were the original raw files of that cap.

Someone needs to convert these to something else. They not only don't play they crash my comp.

Still totally appreciate you getting vids up of the scene so quick though ;)
