It would be impossible not to have some of her hair underneath the bandages, and this would affect the tautness of her gag. Also, did anyone think about the actual consequences of Huntress' firing a metal arrow at Black Canary's gagged mouth? In addition to her gag being torn off, her mouth would be torn up as well. |

As I mentioned some days ago I'll not be able to check regularly - perhaps someone out there to follow the plot and to put up future episode numbers? |

As for the arrow thing, I checked the Trifecta (a reall great site BTW) for some old scenes, and apparently it was written as an homage to a comic from the 70's. Black Canary had been tied up by a villain, and her archer boyfriend saved the day by shooting off the gag with an arrow, which of course allowed her to use her screaming powers. |

I was excited to see she got the treatment, having seen her on George Lopez, but the scene was a bust. She's tied back to back with a guy and is ungagged instantly. You don't really see her at all. Plus, she's a blonde here. Total hottie as brunette, not as a blonde. |

| This from Batman the Brave and the Bold on cartoon network. It is overly campy on purpose. I read this was happening with the three girls in the episode together. Friday, Oct. 15: "The Mask of Matches Malone!" Batman gets amnesia while in his Matches Malone persona. Features a musical number by the Birds of Prey, including Black Canary and the Huntress. The opener includes Black Orchid and Poison Ivy. Written by Gail Simone, directed by Michael Chang. |
