This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

Don't use WMP, you should be using RealPlayer, which is generally the format the Major presents his material in. As a slight alternative, I personally recommend either VLC or MPlayer. Both are highly versatile. |

When a new way of sharing files first comes out, it seems stable for a while when it's just a couple of sites that fly under the radar. But eventually, as others watch the sucess of those sites, they become encouraged to try it out on their own, and then you have a lot of people, all linking to each other, and it ceases to be a couple of little sites here and there, and becomes a major issue for the hosting companies. New ones will pop up and then go almost as soon as they appear. Geocities/tripod hosting, youtube, etc. All the same old story. Back in the early days, we were all pretty reliant on those free sites to get a start, but as things got bad we sought out other alternatives, especially as clips started to rise in popularity over caps and needed more flexible bandwidth. But these days hosting is so unbelievably cheap now, why bother with the frustration of having to keep starting over again, put up with bandwidth restrictions, sudden deletion, etc? |

BTW, I love the fact that the teachers seem to be tied too. Have you noticed that it appears that the only person in the room that is not taped is the camera man? I also like the fact that the first teacher is better taped, note that her hands are palm out. Do you think that the cameraman taped them all or that there are others involved, or that they taped each other. |

There's a "blink and you miss it" at 00:55 sec where you can see a guy just off camera with a role of tape and scissors on the table in front of him. |
