| A VERY nice and non-violent (but quite funny) double-damsel-scene from the new Brazilian telenovela "Beleza Pura" (2008): The ladies involved are the beautiful actresses Regiane Alves ("Joana") and Vanessa Loes ("Eleonora"): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bB2E-6_WaeU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYwoH8OK1gA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VH2ClLfSiQE "Eleonora" is ordered to be kidnapped by some guy to prevent her from interfering into something; but right in the moment of her kidnapping, she's arguing with "Joana" (female lead character), who nevertheless tries to help her when the two kidnappers show up: Both ladies put up quite a fight, but they are forced into "Eleonora's" car and are driven off. In the next scene (second half of the first clip), they are marched into a house by their two captors, now with their hands tied behind their backs and tightly cleave-gagged with clean white cloth. They are seated down and now their feet are tied, too (onscreen). All the while there is angry gag-talk from both ladies who then are left alone (the kidnappers close the door and go to the neighbouring room). First, "Eleonora" tries to get near "Joana", but on the way she stumbles. Then, "Joana" gets her handy out of her pocket and it is implied that she will phone somebody for help. End of the first clip's scene. In the second clip, a guy receives a phone-call from "Joana" who has been able to untie her hands and ungag herself (the gag's hanging around her neck), while "Eleonora" is still sitting tied and gagged on the floor. When "Joana" tries to give a more detailed account of the kidnapping, one of the gangsters shows up, but due to "Eleonora's" warning (via mmmphing), Eleonora has been able to hide her phone in time and put her hands behind her back. She is re-gagged onscreen after some struggling. Then the two ladies are left alone again. In the third clip, "Eleonora" is able to ungag herself, while "Joana" unties her after that. Both ladies cooperate to lure one of the kidnappers into the room and (next chapter, I didn't post it) knock him out; finally, they are able escape after overpowering the second gangster, too. |
