She's next shown at the burial site: duct-tape gagged, with her wrists lashed together over her head and tied to a rope around a tree trunk she kneels beside. |

Pulitzer, Joely Fisher, Judy Kain, Kelly McGillis Description: The movie begins with fragmented scenes of Pulitzer strapped to a chair and being suffocated with a plastic bag over her head during the opening credits. About half an hour in, Fisher is abducted and placed in a foam-lined box in the back of a truck, where she is shown in close-up shots with a tight black cleave-gag. Later she is shown strapped to a bed with her wrists over her head and still cleave-gagged as her captor comes into the room and chloroforms her. Soon afterward he seats her at a table and pulls the gag out to feed her, but puts it back in as she defies him. He suffocates Fisher in the same manner as the first victim, but the bonds holding her to the chair aren't shown. Towards the end of the film, the killer tries to kidnap McGillis, and she realizes that she had escaped from him after he had abducted her years before. Soon afterward he grabs Kain as his final victim, throwing her onto a bed cleave-gagged with her hands cuffed behind her back. When McGillis comes to her rescue, she finds the room where Fisher was held, with Kain lying strapped to the bed and cleave-gagged the same way. This scene is intercut with flashback scenes of McGillis tied with her arms over her head and cleave-gagged as she is whipped by the abductor 12 minutes in, there is a short scene of her gagged face lying on the bed bound and gagged like the present victim. There is further shots of her being whipped at the 1:23 min mark all times w/ commercials. |

Record number: 9871 Title: The Survivors Club (2004) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Melanie Pitts, Roma Downey Description: In the first few minutes, Downey enters the loft she shares with her younger sister (Pitts) and finds her dead, lying on the bed apparently spreadeagled with cloth strips. The sequence is rather choppily edited and thus it's hard to discern the position of her body and just how she's tied, but there is a closeup of the bindings on one of her ankles. The rapist-killer, who had been hiding in the apartment, springs from behind a curtain and tackles Downey. During their struggle, a flashback sequence of quick closeups shows Pitts cleave-gagged with another rather thin cloth strip. At about an hour and fifty minutes, Downey comes home and enters her front door unaware that the movie's real bad guy is waiting there for her. He ambushes her, handgagging her before the camera quickly cuts away. A couple of minutes later, she's shown duct-tape gagged in a good closeup shot, her captor taunting her by paraphrasing Piper Laurie's famous "Twin Peaks" line to Madchen Amick-"I can't understand a word you're saying"-before pulling off the tape. It's implied her hands are bound behind her, but they're never shown. |

He holds her at gunpoint, and bound her with duct tape (hand and foot) and threatens to kill her if she does not cooperate with his demands, which she complies with. Later, at his urging, she calls her assistant and tells her that her car has broke down and that she needs a lift back to the office. When the assistant arrives, she sees the lead real estate agent bound and gaggged with duct tape she is then sat down at gunpoiint side by side with the other real estate agent and they are both bound and gagged together. After he realize that he cannot get the 50,000 dollar check from the two women, (a bank teller needs to have both agents approval) he walks both women to a side garage of the property cut the tape binding their ankles and shoots both real estate agents in the back of the head. The police solves this real crime when they find the gun, the duct tape, and material used to make the silencer in his hotel room. Great scene!!! Especially the binding and gagging of the assistant real estate agent. |
