Ratko:The Dictator's Son
Day: Wednesday January 20 2010
Time: 3am est
Channel: Comedy Central
Katrina Bowden had her hands duct-taped in front of her in this lame NatLamp movie (along with a few putzes); it aired on Comedy Central this morning. Couldn't watch the whole scene but I suspect there was never any gag.

Not sure when this happens since I have not seen it.
