Record number: 13523 Title: Walker, Texas Ranger Medium: TV Series Actress: Unknown Description: Episode: "The Road to Black Bayou" (3.7) During the last fifteen minutes of the episode (including commercials), a youngish brunette mother and her son are shown seated in a barn with their wrists bound behind their backs. Utilizing a rusty pipe, the mom manages to saw through her bonds and unties her son's wrists. A member of a illegal drugs gang enters the barn carrying a large automatic rifle, but Walker arrives in time to knock him out. I just happened to catch the end of the sequense, so I'm not sure what else I missed. The mom was played by either Jo Champa or Lenore Banks - I didn't catch the character's name. The episode was originally a two-hour broadcast, but usually appears in re-runs as "The Road to Black Bayou - Part II". |
