The tall, well endowed blonde beauty dressed in a figure hugging early 1970s style dress is knocked unconscious by an elderly lady and gentleman. Seconds later she is seen in facial close-up, still unconscious, bound to a chair with some of the rope encircling her neck. She is being over the mouth gagged with a dark blue silk handkerchief folded into a triangle. Left alone she awakens and starts mmpphhing and inching the heavy chair across the floor, eventually toppling it, and herself, over. During this time she also works off her gag. She is rescued. Good scenes, split up over several minutes. Do not try to stop and start VCR. Just let it run. Scenes are of quite short duration, but reasonably lit and with at least one decent facial close-up. |

Record number: 11607 Title: Wolf Creek (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Cassandra Magrath, Kestie Morassi Description: Chilling Naturalistic Horror movie about 3 tourists (2 female, 1 fella) in the Australian outback who fall foul of an evil Crocodile Dundee. About 50 minutes in they are secretly drugged, and fall asleep. Cut to Magrath who comes to in a shed, her wrists are tightly bound palms together in front of her and her ankles tied, both with black plastic ties and there is a cloth gag between her teeth. As realization dawns she pulls the gag free then struggles and tests her bonds,even attempting to open the door and escape while bound. Lighting in this scene suggests a full day passes before she finds a shard of glass on the floor and cuts herself free with it. Magrath is wearing grey combats and a blue t-shirt, no shoes. On escaping she follows the sound of screaming and sees Morassi in a corrugated iron building, she is wearing nothing but a bloodstained shirt, her hands bound around the back of a metal post. Her captor is torturing her both mentally and physically while she begs him to stop. When Magrath creates a diversion the man cleve gags Morassi and goes to investigate. Magrath enters the shed and tries to calm her now hysterical friend but is forced to hide when the man returns. While he taunts Morassi some more she grabs his gun, shooting him. She unties Morassi's hands but Morassi struggles to remove her gag. I would add that the caveat that this second scene has an unpleasant and sadistic nature that may not be to everyone's taste |

Record number: 12016 Title: Mission: Impossible III (2006) Medium: Movie Actress: Michelle Monaghan, Keri Russell Description: In the entry scene Ethan Hunt´s girlfriend Julia (Michelle Monaghan) is cuffed to a chair and tape-gagged. The villain Owen Davian (Philip Seymour Hoffman) treats her with a gun to get important information from Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) whose also cuffed to a chair. The scene continues during the last 20 minutes. Owen shoots Julia, but suprise it was not her it was the incompetently female bodyguard of Owen with an - since Peter Graves succesfull time - typical Mission Impossible second face. Julia is still alive and kept at another place. Ethan is later just right at her real hideout where he finds her ... ah you guess right ... cuffed to a chair and gagged with silver tape. Davian rips off the tape fight against a few baddies and frees her finally. There is good mmpphing and struggling. One other short scene in this movie: at around the 17:00 mark, Keri Russell is tied to a wheelchair (arms taped to the arms of the chair). She's been beaten up a bit. Rescued by Mr. Cruise pretty quick. No gag. |

| 3-hour movie with Tiffani Thiessen as a doctor trying to save the world from a virus. OK, now that you've stopped laughing. 3 hours on this one and not much indication something can happen, but jeez, 3 hours is plenty of time for someone to tie and gag the good doctor isn't it? |
