About 75 minutes in, inept reporter Bob Kittredge (Hope) is trying to hide from the bad guys. He ducks into a storeroom in hears some rustling under a comforter. Pulling away the covering, he sees Sally (Ruth), a kidnapped stenographer, seated on the floor, cleave gagged with a white cloth, wrists bound separately to the feet of a radiator. Her ankles are tied together. When Bob bends down to untie her gag he hears the bad guys closing in, so he quickly recovers her and exits stage right, telling Sally, "I'll be back. Don't go away!" |

Record number: 4761 Title: Hangman (2001) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Madchen Amick, Stephanie Moore, Rosemary Dunsmore Description: Madchen plays a woman involved in an investigation into a killer who uses the game Hangman to taunt the investigators. Stephanie plays a pretty victim who is gagged with duct tape and bound. She meets an unfortunate end. Scenes at 16, 26,23,28 minutes. 58 minutes in, there is a 2nd victim named Dr. Natalie Walsh, played by Rosemary Dunsmore. You see her tied up with the noose around her neck as Madchen Amick plays hangman with the killer over the computer, but she is not gagged as she pleads with Amick's character to save her. Unfortunately, the only time you see her tape-gagged is when she is already dead and the police cut her down and try to revive her (59 minutes in). 66 minutes in, the killer sneaks up on Madchen's character and is handgagged while being "raped". Turns out the killer is her boyfriend or something and Madchen's character is in on the killings. Close ups, but you might find it distasteful. 1:22 in, Madchen trys to throw the police off by placing herself in the victim's predicament, wrists plastic zip tied behind her back, tape gagged mouth and a noose around her neck. The noose is tight and has to stand on her toes to prevent getting strangled. As the police break down the door, she kicks the stool away and is suspended. You also see some of the bound and gagged damsels in pictures at 114, 117, 125 minutes in. All times without commercials. |

At at the 1:17 mark, the heroine uses a crowbar to pry open the suspect's padlocked closet, and discovers color photos of some of the serial killer's previous victims, including a couple shots taken from different angles of a blonde woman, handcuffed wrists behind with a red Ballgag in her mouth. About 1:44 in while she's hosting a neighborhood party at her house, she overhears one of the guests mentioning that another victim was found by police -- with a red ball stuffed into her mouth. That triggers a "re-enactment" type flashback for her: There's a quickie closeup of a frightened blonde woman wearing a red Ballgag. |

A hood or jacket is slung over her head in the grabbing scene at around 95' in (with commercials). The bondage comes in at around the last ten minutes, when Lowe finds her in a storage area of a building. |
