She's carried off, and at about 45' in (with an ad break between) she awakens to find herself tied in a chair with her hands behind her and gagged with a long strip of black tape. She hops the chair over (her legs are not bound) to a jagged piece of metal edging and works herself free, then peels off the tape. She's wearing a panted suit, an overcoat and boots. Note: The sequence was originally in two parts, with the latter consisting of her freeing and ungagging herself. This has been cut from the two repeats I've seen on PAX. |

After she starts to scream she is gagged with a strip of yellow duct tape placed over her mouth. (When shown on Fox Movie Channel), Kate Jackson gets captured by the villains by 32 minutes into the movie, she gets bound and gagged by 35 minutes into the movie, she gets rescued by the hero and the scene is over by 42 minutes into the movie. |

Record number: 6955 Title: High Crimes (2002) Medium: Movie Actress: Ashley Judd, Amanda Peet Description: Around the 50' mark (with ads), there's a brief shot of Amanda Peet tapegagged during a home invasion. Scene lasts only a few seconds. I couldn't tell how she was tied (the intruder may have been disturbed before he had time to secure her). About nine minutes from the end, the real killer ( I won't give away the twist) grabs Ashley Judd, firmly clamps his hand over her mouth, and drags her into the house. He then ties her arms behind her back and hogties her. The hogtie is not tight (her knees not bent much), more incidental as the same length of (telephone?) cord used to tie her wrists behind is also used for her ankles. She is able to roll off the couch where she was tied and across the floor towards a gun that was dropped during the final fight. She manages to work her hands free just in time to get the gun and save herself. The scene is dark and the cuts are quick. She's wearing a bathrobe and white socks. |
