She wakes up in a warehouse and finds that her business clothes have been removed and she is now wearing a sexy white nightgown. She is sitting taped in a chair with her arms duct taped to her sides. Her wrists and ankles are not restrained, and she is not gagged. When the killer comes close to her, she manages to grab his balls, knocking over the chair and giving her a chance to escape while he writhes on the ground in pain. |

She then has a chain attached to her tied legs and gets dragged along the ground, up a few stairs, and into a house. The gag is removed and she spends a few minutes talking with her captor before she is rescued. |

Record number: 15619 Title: Nine Dead (2010) Medium: Movie Actress: Melissa Joan Hart; Lucille Soong Description: Tedious thriller with nine kidnapped people locked in a windowless room and forced to resolve a puzzle to get free, or be murdered one by one. The nine victims consist of seven men, Melissa and Lucille. Melissa's kidnapping is hinted at about 5 minutes into the movie, as she is accosted in a parking lot, and the assailant points a taser at her. The scene then shifts to the warehouse where all nine victims stand against posts which are set in a semicircle, wrists cuffed behind them to the post, and hoods on their heads. The kidnapper removes the hoods revealing that they are all gagged with duct tape, but pulls the tape off immediately. On his way out of the room, a push button frees one hand for each of the captives, and they remain that way for the rest of the movie - one wrist cuffed to the post, and no other bonds. The glimpse of Melissa with her mouth taped lasts approx. 1.5 seconds, Lucille's perhaps 2. |
