Her hands are taped in front, and a length of tape pins her body to the chair. Her ankles are taped and she's gagged with a strip of tape for good measure. |

| According to a spoiler message board, Brody takes Max, Tess (Emilie de Ravin), Maria (Majandra Delfino) and Amy (Maria's mom, I think) hostage. Supposedly the poster saw the taping of the show and reports that first, Max is forced to tie up Maria and Amy, then Brody ties up Max and Tess, then he finishes tying up Maria and Amy.
