Title: Lord of Illusions Medium: Movie Actress: Ashley Lyn Cafagna, Famke Janssen Description: At the beginning of this Clive Barker's movie Ashley Lyn Cafagna has her hands tied in front with a thick rope and is gagged with a cloth between her teeth. Neverthless she speaks normally. A little later she shoots the evil guy with her hands still tied. 13 years later (1 hour 20 in the movie) her character, now Famke Janssen, has her hands tied in front with maybe the same rope, in the back seat of a car and later standing near it, and frees herself with her teeth (dark shene). @2:25am CITY Title: Tracks of a Killer (1995) Medium: Movie Actress: Kelly LeBrock Description: Taken captive by a vengeful rival of her husband she unwittingly accompanied on a weekend in the wilderness, she's first tied to a bed in an upper-half spreadeagle, from which she nearly escapes by breaking one post of the headboard before the baddie comes back into the room and ties both her wrists to the other one. A little later, she's roped to a chair with black cords as he tries to force her to sign over her husband's company to him. When he unties her writing hand, she stabs him with the pen, and later talks him out of injecting her with insulin by convincing him he doesn't have enough of it in the syringe to be fatal, giving her a chance to escape when he leaves for more. Still later, after she's duct-taped him to a chair and tortured him to elicit a little revenge, he turns the tables on her after escaping and does the same thing, starting by heating a pair of tongs red-hot and using them to pull a bullet out of a wound in her shoulder. Then he pours cleaning solution into the wound to get her to tell him how the sewing needle he was going to use on her disappeared. It was moved by a neighbor who has slipped into the house to help her, and who, it is later revealed, has slit the tape binding her to the chair. @1:30pm BravoC Title: The Prince of Tides (1991) Medium: Movie Actress: Melinda Dillon Description: Near the beginning of the movie, she's briefly shown in a hospital bed, her wrists restrained by wide leather straps, when her character's brother comes to visit her after she's tried to kill herself. Soon afterward the brother (Nick Nolte) and her psychologist (Barbra Streisand) get into a heated argument about her being strapped down. |

Record number: 1512 Title: Angeles Medium: TV Series Actress: Sandra Vidal Description: unknown episode -- Sandra's character witnesses the assassination of the police chief by a gang of drug dealers. When she confronts the deputy regarding his inactivity, the deputy pistol whips the blonde beauty. (Oops, the deputy's in cahoots with the dealers). As the opening credits roll, Sandra wakes up in a closet, B&G'd (cleave gag with an ineffectual white cloth, wrists bound behind back with clothes line). The deputy's wife tries to feed her, but oh no no -- the deputy will have none of that and regags her. After considerable squirming, Sandra manages to free her hands. Nice touch -- when she removes her gag, she gratefully gulps fresh air and massages the blood back into her cheeks (hardly necessary considering the flimsiness of the gag, though). Decent scene, beautiful girl, but it coulda been a lot better. |
