She tricks her captors into untieing her legs and makes a bolt for freedom, but is soon recaptured, roughed up and retied. One of the bad guys feels the need for some recreation, so he takes a knife and starts slashing a hole in her sweater, exposing the nipple of one breast. |

This scene is repeated near the end of the movie, along with a brief sex scene at about an hour and 50 minutes in which Gyllenhaal stands with her back to a pine tree, her wrists lashed together behind it. Despite this story's obviously having been inspired by such works as Story of O, The Collector, and 9 1/2 Weeks. these are the film's only bondage scenes. |

This is illustrated with images of her with her hands tied overhead. Later, Sciorra enters her apartment at night and finds another of her patients, John Leguizamo, waiting for her. The next scene shows her hands bound tightly behind her back and her ankles bound towards her wrists putting her in a very tight hogtie. She has a cloth stuffed in her mouth and it's held in place by a cloth gag tied between he teeth. All done very tightly. She is ungagged later. Really a great scene. The ropework is incredible. The scene occurs around the 60' mark (with commercials). |

One is shown kneeling tied hands-over head, another lashed to a dental chair with rubber tubing with a wire brace propping her mouth open, and a third, wearing a doll mask, is strung up like a marionette. Seconds later she comes upon one done up as a pony girl, complete with a bit in her mouth, and another (played by Chism, who had appeared earlier in the film and is the only bound actress explicitly creditable in the scene) who extends her bound hands forward and tries to warn Lopez of the approach of a seventh victim (played by bodybuilder Kim Chizevsky-Nicholls) who subdues her and carries her off over her shoulder, past one more tableaux of a victim standing in a ballerina-like pose, her hands tied behind her to a stick. None of the victims are gagged. |

His girlfriend Lee (Bliss) is shown about 40 minutes in lying nude on her back in a bed, her wrists tied apart to the sides of the headboard with cloth strips and her legs pulled up and apart into a "Russian split" position, her ankles secured to the headboard by nylon stockings, as Bundy (Michael Reilly Burke) enters her anally. He demands she play dead, and she does as Bundy screams "Fuck you, bitch" as he comes. 2.) A victim is shown handcuffed (arms in front) in her nightie being dragged from a car to a deserted woodland area. She is yelled at by Bundy and then strangled in a graphic scene. 3.) Victim Shawn Randall (West) is shown in her bathing suit handcuffed to a metal pipe and forced to watch as Bundy rapes another victim. She is bleeding from a wound on her head and has blood all over her face. She is screaming violently. While the damsels are all good looking, the graphic nature of the movie means few will find them a worthy addition to their collection. During Bliss' scene, director/co-writer Matthew Bright notes on the DVD commentary track that she had to maintain her rather extreme position for "about an hour and a half" during filming and that she complained that she couldn't walk for a week afterwards. |
