Later she is shown being pulled feet first from a van; she is blindfolded and tape-gagged, with her hands tied tightly behind her back. The blindfold and tape are removed, and, after she gets back into the van, there is a shot of the ropes being removed from her wrists a few minutes later. The scene occur at the beginning of the movie for approximately 20 minutes. |

She tapes her ankles, and then handcuffs herself in from, before hiding in the trunk of her car. Unfortunately for her, her car is stolen by an unsuspecting thief, who discovers her in the trunk. Not knowing what to do with her, he keeps her handcuffed (but not gagged) for a while. |

Unfortunately, only the gentleman is gagged. However, Modesty appears in several isolated shots being stood up vertically while tied up in the rug and menaced with a piece of sculpture made of wires welded together, to elicit information from her. Towards the end, Modesty and her sidekick (Terence Stamp) are shown briefly standing together before the lead baddie with their hands cuffed in front. She's taken away to a cell with a spiral staircase upon which her captor, in a sporting gesture, has hidden the handcuff keys. |
