Saturday October 31 04:37:54 2015 Regarding B.A.D Cats |
OK, well, I failed, but here's what I found out: - the show does exist on videotape, in the CBS vaults. The unaired episodes are there too. - the lie I came up with, which I could do because of my job, was that one of my clients has a brother who had a small recurring role on the series and my client wanted to surprise him. Previously, this guy had gotten me a 25-year-old episode of an old CBS game on DVD because I had a buddy who had appeared on that episode, and I was able to name the date it was taped--he remembered because he had won a car on the episode. Anyway, it didn't work because I asked for too much...I asked for the whole series since I wasn't quite sure which episodes it was, and the guy couldn't do the whole series for me. I should have just asked for a couple and tried my luck, but I got greedy because the four unaired episodes looked like possibilities. I have one other idea, which is more of a longshot than this. I'll let you know what happens. Sorry for now guys. In the meantime, enjoy the view... |

Well, as a long-time follower of this board, and an "oldster," this has been one of the most anticipated possibilities in the past 15 years for me, if not the most anticipated, but... It kind of sounds a bit like a less-than-plausible plot from a show from the era of BAD Cats itself. Man thinks to himself, "damn it, this is my only chance to obtain the secret formula (entire series). I've got to go for it." Response from secret source: "The whole series! Wait a minute...there's something fishy here--forget it, the deal's off!" And I guess my point is, in the real world, not in the late 70s world of silly TV dramas, when you were refused, couldn't you just have asked for 1 or 2 random episodes? Now that we know that the entire series exists in the vault, is it time for you and a few enterprising Brian's Pagers to pull a heist? I gotta say, I'm having a little trouble believing your entire scenario...although I hope I'm wrong! Seeing as it's from roughly the same era, maybe your client did a one-episode guest appearance on American Girls....you know, the one where Priscilla Barnes got bound and gagged. |

Did anyone actually watch all of the episodes that actually aired back then? The pilot itself is online but no scenes |

Saturday October 31 17:20:55 2015 Re: Spectre |
Really, like five seconds. Absolute wasted opportunity. Bond has to look for her in a building about to explode. You just knew she was going to be gagged. Mediocre cleave, no mmmphing, and she's wearing an overcoat. Someone will make a nice cap of it, I'm sure : ) |

For any Brits hanging out... Two episodes. Two scenes in Part 1 already shown. Alas I am not at home to record! |

Alas I > am not at home to record! Brown packing tape for her bonds, but grey duct tape for the gag....Interesting. It's like those other scenes where a kidnapper strangely goes to great lengths to tie up a damsel with rope, yet uses tape to gag her; or binds her with tape but uses a cloth gag. |

In S02E03, I can't find the scene in the pic. Just one earlier with multiple captives ziptied but not gagged. Time? |

I'd like to see Cobie get a duct tape gag though, I know of her Special Unit 2 scene but duct tape (the standard silver/gray) is my all-time favorite and I'd kill to see a nice, well-seled piece on Cobie's mouth (amongst other actresses). |

Second scene circa 38-40 minutes. Another two scenes in episode 1 and several in episode 2 of her secured by one wrist to a radiator with, I think, a bicycle security thingy... Sorry i can't be more accurate i was at a relative's house when i caught sight of it... :-( |

Series was produced by Aaron Spelling Productions whose catalog is now owned by CBS. |
