Nelson Slater "Wild Angel", a good gritty rock album produced by Lou Reed, whose influence is all over the music.

I hear you. But I think a lot of it has to do with what the person saw at a particular age, when hormones are reging. I saw this at a young age, but it was far inferior to stuff like Wonder Woman to me. But to someone older, who maybe caught this on the late show or their local Creature Feature, it might have been a seminal (no pun intended) moment.

Sad to read about Phyllis Davis
I googled Ms. Davis today to see how she was holding up, and I was very saddened to read of her passing. She was probably in her mid 30s when she did Vega$, but that scene with her in the fuzzy sweater was for me the all-time sexiest TV scene. And then seeing her in Sweet Sugar once Blockbuster opened...my god, I don't know if I've ever seen a prettier woman.

She seemed so nice too, on reality TV shows like Battle of the Network Stars and the game shows she did.

If you're not old enough to have seen it in the '70s, the Vega$ scene may not do it for you. But if you're a man with a pulse, google her name...and prepare for a testosterone rush. Here's a preview of her in a publicity still for "Sweet Sugar." The nipples are real...

Anyone know the episode?
Hey guys...last post of the day. Sorry to inundate you.

I was lucky to unearth the Barbi Benton "When The Whistle Blows" holy grail, but if I nail this one it'll be with skill, through a connection who works at CBS Television Distribution.

Does anyone know for sure the specific episode of "B.A.D. Cats" that's on the holy grail list? I saw the Barbi Benton scene, so I knew which one it was. But this I've never seen.

I can only go to the well once without looking weird, so if you know it for certain, post it and I'll do my best.

Aw...you're most welcome, and thanks again for pointing out the fantastic weirdness that is those Ford ads. (And I thought the Dr. Pepper people were out of their minds...)

Looking at the ep guide, there was a few episodes with potential for Michele Pfeiffer'c character (Sam):

I Want It or You
Sam poses as a hooker to catch a car thief

Life and Death of a Beauty Queen
Sam goes undercover as a contestant at the pageant

Let's Put Sam Away
Sam receives a threat on her life, and Capt. Nathan assigns the other squad members to find out who did it and stop them before they can carry it out.

Die, Cheerleader, Die!
Sam goes undercover when a cheerleader's life is threatened and the Cats are assigned to protect her.

S1, Ep7

15 Nov. 1980
Bomb!
The Cats investigate a bomb scare.

I'm pretty certain this is the episode where Sam (Pfeiffer0 goes undercover to infiltrate a group planning a bombing and gets exposed as a cop. She's left with the bomb tied up and tape gagged.
This is the BP database entry:
Record number: 1319

Title: B.A.D. Cats
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Michelle Pfeiffer

Description: Episode: Unknown

Pfeiffer infiltrates terrorists & is captured. Hands tied behind back and mouth taped.

The IMDB page is in the homepage link.

I'm not sure which is the episode for the scene that has been available. I just remember that it was broadcast earlier than this one.

Fun fact: this is officially the most-requested scene ever on which I couldn't deliver. Obviously, if you can, sainthood awaits.

Just saw some stills, she's now 45, and blonde, short hair. Doesn't even look like the same person from Melrose Place and The Net. Still looks OK.

Any chance you can at least get the other scene, with the white OTM? I had it years ago on one of Brent Smith's VHS tapes, but the tape has expired. I just tried a few web searches to try and nail down what episode it was and had no luck. The actor who ungags her in the OTM scene is Michael Lerner, but his IMDB profile didn't have a B.A.D. CATS listing, so I couldn't confirm the episode.

Re: Anyone know the episode?
Cassie Yates must be unique in having two Grail scenes:

Record number: 735

Title: Nobody's Perfect
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Cassie Yates

Description: Episode: "You Gotta Have Hart"

In this short-lived comedy TV series, Cassie plays a policewoman assistant to a Sherlock Holmes-type inspector. She is mistaken for a gangster's ex-girlfriend and kidnapped. She's next seen in the backseat of a car gagged with white adhesive tape. This was very similiar to her Vegas DinD scene.

To update or correct this entry Click Here

Record number: 1235

Title: Delvecchio
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Cassie Yates

Description: Episode: "Red Is the Color of My True Love's Hair".

In this single season police drama, Jud Hersh as Delvecchio and his partner Shonsky locate a retired circus performer who has been tying up, gagging, and killing redhaired women just as he assaults his latest victim (Cassie). Following a strenuous (off camera) fight, the two battered policemen return to the main room of the apartment to ask Cassie why she didn't call the precinct for more help. She stands from behind some overturned furniture to display her hands tied behind her back and a strip of tape over her mouth. She mmmmppphhs through this expressively. There's also a brief shot of an earlier victim (already dead) who is bound and gagged at the beginning of the show.

themes on records and in advertising. There were s/m covers
on the Ohio Players albums plus the notorious Black and
