In Wednesday's episode, Karla Monroig was shown still bound and gagged: her hands bound behind her back, her bare feet bound, and cleavegagged with a white cloth. Toward the end of the episode, some guy found and freed her. The two of them hid in the back seat of her captor's car. The captor drove off and the rescuer attacked him in the car. Then the episode ended. There is the possibility that the captor could defeat the rescuer and bind and gag Karla again.

Dexter - "A Horse of a Different Color"
This episode will be rerun on the following channels at the following times:

Showtime (E) (SHOe) 12:00 AM October eastern 27
Showtime (W) (SHow) 3:00 AM October eastern 27

An attractive young woman (Jamie Silberhartz) is bound and gagged, first in a kitchen, then in a deathtrap.

There are good closeups of her in a restaurant starting at 39 minutes into the episode. The actual bondage scene starts at 44 minutes into the episode.

I'd say there is a 50/50 chance of it going either way.

TNT Mystery Movie Night
TNT is starting a mystery movie night (beginning November 29) that is going to make movies out of popular mystery novels with known actors starring. The list of the first movies it's doing is:
Innocent by Scott Turow
Ricochet by Sandra Brown
Hide by lisa Gardner
Silent Witness by Richard Patterson
Good Morning Killer by April Smith
Deck the Halls by Mary Higgins Clark

The movie with the most potential for us is probably "Good Morning Killer." It stars Catherine Bell as a dtective hunting down a serial kidnapper. In the book a victim is found hogtied and gagged, but beaten and unconscious.

Sounds good. Wouldn't mind seeing Kellie Martin in another one of these shows, or some other MILF actresses similar to Bell.

Unfortunately - or fortunately, however you want to look at it - there's very little in the movie itself beyond what's on her reel.

Unfortunate, because the actress is a cutie and some more quality time on screen would be nice. Fortunate, in that the only reason to watch/rent/buy this mediocre-to-poor DTV thriller is said actress and her full treatment, and since everything relevant to most of us is available on her site, we can save the cash to drop on something better. Doubly unfortunate, by "we" I mean "you," because I paid for the damned thing. You're welcome. :)

And etc. ...That's all true, Bob, but I noted in the database entry (which was included in my original post on this thread) that the scene only lasts about a minute of screen time and that it's available on Netflix Streaming, so if you have that anyway, you don't have to pay anything extra for it.

Hope you don't think I was trying to oversell the scene, because it is very brief. I even noted it would be of most interest to cleave gag completists.

Still looking great at 43, but she needs a new scene. That one from Jag was way to short.

Catherine Bell's character seems to get captured as well, from her Twitter: "In case u were wondrin what an FBI agent eats 4 breakfast when she's about to be taken hostage by a serial rapist" and later: "So who knew Sia's Breathe Me would be so perfect for the serial rapists basement scene?? Haunting song! Intense Scene! Fun!"

Catherine Bell is hoping this TV movie leads to a series, and so am I -- it would good to get her back in a series with a more opportunity for peril than "Army Wives." It would probably match pretty nicely with TNT's biggest hit, "Rizzoli & Isles."

American Horror Story
No bondage in last night's episode, but it ended with the annoying daughter apparently being kidnapped by a psycho in a gimp suit, and the preview for next week showed a brief close-up on a pair of tied up hands.

I saw it a couple of days ago! There is a scene with Kelly McGillis bound and cleave-gagged. She is always next to two other guys in the same situation though and it also appears that the years haven't been too kind to her. The movie is pretty cool though! More like The Road with vampires rather than Blade!

anyone remember this comic strip?
Years ago, I read in a Disney Adventures magazine a kid-friendly horror comic that ran in a brief monthly series. It revolved around a girl with purple hair wearing black shirt and green pants and her three friends: a werewolf, a skeleton, and frankenstein's monster.

In one issue, the girl and her friends are captured by a witch. The three monsters are held in the dungeon while the girl is tied to a chair and gagged by the witch.

Does this ring any bells?

Catherine Belle says on her website that the movie is scheduled to air on TNT on December 13. She says it's been fun to make.

Secret Circle
Anybody watching Secret Circle? Latest episode featured three chloroform KOs. The entire witchy cast find themselves tied to chairs near the end of the episode. Brief scene, but it might be worth checking out.

Biggest disappointment of the decade. Three hot damsels, wearing sexy/slutty Halloween costumes (see my post on the video page), lame bondage, and COVERED UP (for no obvious reason). I could've understood the lame bondage but those stupid robes/black straight jackets (WTF they were) was too much. Their chloro abduction scenes were classic.

Speaking as someone familiar with shoots the only explanation (similar to the Charlie's Angels episode with Minka K. being changed back to prison blues for the bondage) is that the 'Halloween party' footage was shot on a completely different day (before or after) so they used those ridiculous looking robes to cover up whatever they were wearing that shoot day. A lot cheaper and faster than having them re-dress in the hot costumes - if you noticed: Their hair wasn't the same which was a big clue.

Pity, real pity...

I think those were the Dad's tied hands. He is shown laying on the floor at the end of the promo. He appears to be tied up. Here's hoping I'm wrong. Too bad Kate Mara's character is now a ghost. It would have been great to have a rebate for the poor shots of her tied and gagged in Sniper.
