| Sometimes I can't find different kinds of scenes I like. So I thought I would ask you guys here a question about your favorite/best scenes about the topic I give. In your opinion what is your favorite/best scene were the damsel gets tied up. Then turns around and escapes and turns the tables and the bad guy/women gets tied up them or gets arrested etc.. As an add on if you can think of a good scene were the bad guy/women gets tied up first for some reason then turns the tables on the victim. That would be a great share as well |

And of course there is the exchange between Victoria Tennant and Richard E Grant in "L.A. Story" (1991) where , having made some embarrassing comments at a lunch party, she invites him to "tie me up and gag me" if she looks like doing the same again. It's as the charecters are approaching the library, a few minutes before Wu is snatched, just after the run in with Loveless's Zombified ex-boyfriend if memory serves, I'd say around the 15m mark give or take. |

That > would be a great share as well While neither damsel is strictly speaking a villian i do love the turning the tables scene in My Favorite Spy (1942) Kay Kyser is recruited by the war office as a spy and assigned to bring down a group of fifth columnists, I think, but for reasons i forget his wife - Ellen Drew - walks out on him prior to an important dinner party he is hosting. Determined that the mission not fail fellow spy Jane Wyman steps into the breach posing as his wife at the party. When Drew returns and threatens to blow the operation Wyman takes drastic action and bundles her into the bedroom closet, tieing her to achair. Later Drew escapes and ties up Wyman in her place still blindly unaware of her true identity |

Why couldn't the esteemed and visionary Aaron Spelling been more like the producers of this series? I think the original series succeeded because of its novelty. It was an unprecedented idea; there had never been a series like this in the history of television. |
