The villain in the episode is the suave doctor who evaded arrest in a previous episode. He was shown gagging a female captive with duct tape in that episode. |

| I am trying to identify a movie I remember seeing many years back... it was shown on afternoon TV in about 1969, so I am guessing it must have been made no later than about 1960. I remember little about the movie (may have turned it on near the end), but I _think_ it had to do with an archaeological expedition. A "creature" (I think it was a mummy but maybe not) takes someone's pretty daughter/assistant/girlfriend from her bed in the middle of the night and carries her far out into the desert. As the sun comes up, he places her on the ground and stretches her out spread-eagle to four large rocks, presumably to die in the hot sun. She is of course rescued, but I found the rather short scene very exciting. Does anyone know what movie this might have been? |
